Reserved queen beds, given doubles. Towels and washcloths had stains. Shower went from hot to cold and back again. Mattress was hard. We’ve enjoyed our stay here before, but this time was not good.

The hotel was not up to par to say the least! The floor was nasty in the lobby all the way to the elevator! The hallway to the room was dirty; it needed to be vacuumed! The smell was not that great. The bathroom towels were rough and the wall wasn’t clean! My boyfriend killed a bug on the floor. I was scared to sleep there! Please read reviews before booking hotels!!

To be honest while the staff was kind, the room was just very gross. We took pictures of half of the issues we were having and showed the front desk. They had a mold spot from water damage in the ceiling of our first room, spill spots all over the bed frame, boogers on the wall, a stain on the curtains, all in the first room. The second room no mold spots but wall damage with what looked like mud on the walls, large dent with rust spot on the tub, etc. Just to name a few. I appreciate the staff moving our rooms but unfortunately this place just has a lot of issues. Also, there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom and the towels had some red stains and it slowly became worrisome if they were washed. I think the only pluses were the large fridge, and beds were comfortable. But again, a lot of improvement needs to happen here.

Nasty. The entire hotel stunk like weed. First room was absolutely terrible. Stunk so bad, i turned around and walked right back out of it. They gave me another room and it was better but the whole floor from the elevator to the room stunk. Even with the better room, I was woken early in the morning by the smell of one of the surrounding rooms having an early morning smoke session. Too bad. The hotel itself was pretty nice for the price. But the pervasive and strong weed /pot smell throughout the hotel made it nasty.
