This condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were traveling with our two adult children, and everyone had their own space and appreciated two bathrooms. After multiple days hoofing it around New York, the soaker tub was a welcome amenity. The living room had many comfortable seating options with a huge television and fantastic views of the Manhattan skyline. I have rented many times through VRBO, and this is the only time the property was even better than the listing photos. The PATH train provides a quick trip into Manhattan once you're at the station. The light rail will get you to the station, and that stop is only a block away; however, we opted to drive approximately 10 minutes to the parking garage right across the street from the PATH station and park there. It was 20 a day, a relative deal and very convenient. We came back several times late at night and appreciated having our car right there. Technically, there is an available washer and dryer, but it is shared with the other building unit and is available for limited hours in the middle of the day when we wanted to be out doing things. When I attempted to use it during those hours, it was full of unfinished laundry. We found a great laundry mat less than a mile away, with a parking lot. We washed and dried four loads in less than an hour and a half. Our host was very friendly and communicative.
