Our stay at the Sinclair Inn Bed and Breakfast was nothing short of amazing. The accommodations were beautifully decorated, blending comfort with charm. The common sitting areas were especially inviting, offering the perfect setting to unwind, play a game, or just visit. Each breakfast was different— thoughtfully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The hosts were gracious and attentive, providing warm hospitality that made us feel both welcome and cared for. The grounds were well-kept, enhancing the sense of peace and quiet that made our stay so relaxing. A truly memorable retreat — we look forward to returning.

The perfect stay! A lot of hard work goes into the experience here. It's evident in everything from the furnishings to the gardens, paint work, carpets, bedding, amenities, and yes the food was excellence. The breakfast was hand made home cooked perfection. For anyone looking for a perfect hostess and private, quiet stay it's amazing. Thankyou for all of the work that goes into providing this. We stayed in a luxury hotel in quebec a few days back and the price was a lot more and the experience incomparable. Your Inn is far better. Thankyou!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful, three night stay at Sinclair. Holly and Kyle were terrific hosts. The breakfast was just amazing each day, with every offering fresh, locally sourced and delightful! They also had a covered tray of baked goods available to the guest in the front of the house each day. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was a bit firm, so if that is your preference, you will absolutely love every moment of your stay here. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Vermont.

Supurb!

Excellent hosts at the Sinclair Inn. They provided to-go breakfasts for these needing to leave early for UVM Commencement. Rhubarb muffins and breakfast burritos were delicious! Superb B&B! Highly recommended.

LOVED this place! The owner was warm and welcoming AND made a great breakfast. We loved visiting with others. One couple was from California, other from England, we are from Texas. The room was spacious, clean and we felt very safe there. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely stay here again. 10/10!!! Highly recommend!

The hosts (Kyle and family) are kind. Breakfast was fabulous. you are out of Stowe and Burlington but they are an easy drive. We appreciated the size and comfort of the property and extras-- cookies, drinks etc.

Uniquely wonderful B&B

Exceptional experience provided by wonderful hosts who definitely go the extra mile to make people feel welcome and well cared for. The breakfast is outstandingly good with different high quality tasty homemade options each day - far superior to most hotel breakfasts. I am coeliac and there was always lots for me to eat. The inn is a gorgeous old building that has retained its original features and the rooms are wonderfully well appointed. Ours was very spacious and had beautiful furnishings and a superb bathroom. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Generous extras were provided - whatever drinks you needed from the communal areas as well as cakes, apples and chocolates. The only issue that I would note was the noise from the road but with earplugs it was fine when the traffic started in the early hours.

We had one night here on our travels round New England but would definitely come back. Kyle (with some excellent check in help from Cassidy) looked after us a treat. Our room was lovely, spacious and spotless! Breakfast was delicious! Great location to explore all the area has to offer!!
