I have small bites on my right hand and on both legs. I have pictures and they are very similar to ones of bed bugs. I believe I was in room 204. I hope you look into this and resolve the issue. I am praying I didn’t bring any home to my bed and family

The hotel was very dated the pictures looked way better, the pool was very cold, the outlets in the bathroom were very lose and our room key needed to be reprogrammed 2 times and still failed after the 2nd time that’s when we decided to check out a day early.

They were able to accommodate us even though we didn't get the room we reserved for the weekend for the same price and offered us a free upgrade for next time we book with them. My real only big complaint would be the bar. How are you in the bourbon capitol and can't make a Mule or even know how to. Also the 2 drinks we did get were so over priced. We got a well LIT and a twisted tea and it cost $20.

The staff at the front desk and walking around was very friendly. The only part i didn’t like was receiving a text that housekeeping would only come by on day 3. We arrived at 530am and housekeeping was attempting to enter our room at 10:40am. When they realized it was deadbolted, they left and came back 20 mins later and did the same. This time they woke our children up. That was frustrating.

Staff was alright when we checked in. Lobby is pretty but the rooms are very small. The bed, I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The pillows were just big enough for one head. And those were also hard as a rock. The bathroom is small, I had to close the door to use the toilet. The room had a weird smell and just not at all what the pictures had. I do not recommend this hotel. We know someone who is on the police department, and said that this hotel is known for drug and prostitution. Again, I do not recommend this hotel and save your money.
