We've been staying there for the NSRA for fifteen years and everyone has been helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet of yore because we don't have time in the morning for sit down and order. House cleaning needs to stop knocking so early in the morning, especially if they know I am checking on the same day at 12 PM. They woke me up from my sleep. I've had to deal with home cleaning about ten times now, knowing that I am checking on the same day. Therefore, I don’t need house cleaning. I explained this to the first housekeeper, but an hour later, they were back again. It's very annoying.

Geese done covered the sidewalks and property construction work went on, actually taking up a floor and putting it down right next to room illegal abusive and threatening treatment towards me and my service dog threatened with police being called or leaving over my service dog lied to very ill treated because of animal privately owned facility was spoken to very abusively. By general manager will be contacting protective disability legal services

Room itself was clean but hallways, ceilings, vents were dirty including the pool. There were several “leaks” from the ceiling; that continued to leak in the hallway the whole stay. Additionally, there were no working ice machines. With that said, staff was very friendly and tried to help with these issues which seem to be beyond their control.

This hotel is falsely represented by its photos! It is dirty, run down, and smells of urine a mildew in the hallways. The toilet was dirty(seat and all), the bathtub was painted and had peeling paint and caulking throughout the tub, the carpet was filthy, and the a/c did not operate properly. I have never had an experience like this at a Radisson.

Chai and Kimberly up at the front are great people and treat you with the outmost respect and kindness. They are really helpful and quick to process your request. Been staying a couple nights and have not had a single issue. Super recommended.

My husband and I were traveling with our three children and the two rooms they gave us were on separate floors. The key to one room didn't work, the second room didn't exist. Hotel is incredibly hot and muggy because of the open indoor pool. Layout of hotel is horrible and elevators are old and rickety. Refused to give us a refund when we canceled since we couldn't get the rooms we originally requested. Desk clerk was on a personal call on the speaker while we were trying to check in and would frequently stop helping us to talk to whoever was on his phone.
