Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Parada Arenal" 3.3 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 4 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
4-room house 145 m2. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, flat screen, hi-fi system, DVD and air conditioning.
