Private: garden with lawn, parking at the house. Shop 650 m, supermarket 450 m, restaurant, café 350 m, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 700 m. Sports harbour 1.2 km, surf school 1.2 km, sailing school 1.2 km, tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
3-room terraced house 70 m2. Fully renovated in 2014, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Schönes Objekt mit einigen Abstrichen

Das Ferienhaus macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck. Negativ ist die Lage in der Nähe einiger viel befahrenen Straßen. Im Objekt selbst viel ein unangenehmer Kanalgeruch auf. Ansonsten ist es von der Lage her gut zum Strand fussläufig in 15 Min. zu erreichen. Supermarkt und ein gutes Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe.
