We did not even end up staying the night. When we entered our room, the mini fridge door was hanging open with towels all over the floor in front of it. The hairdryer didn’t work. The television wouldn’t turn on. We went to the pool area. The hot tub was warm, but hardly had any jets strength and the pool was OK. Neither of them seemed extremely clean. We swam and sat in the hot tub for a little while, and then went back to the room to watch the live coverage of NASA’s return to earth and this is when we discovered the television wouldn’t even turn on so we did not bother taking showers or anything we just left.

There's no elevator. They allowed motorcycles to park in the pull up area in front of the door, making check in a hassle. We had to have the room key reset 6 times. The people were nice though.

The staff members were friendly, and the pool area was small but nice. However, we discovered that the lock on one of the doors leading to the parking lot was not working, which meant the door was left unlocked; this is a safety issue in my opinion. The ceiling in our shower was also in need of repair; it looked as though parts of it were crumbling.

Hotel was nasty & unsecure with doors coming into the hotel not locking or requiring room keys to open! Black hair on the bathroom floor when we walked in. Soap rings still in tub. Exhaust fan in bathroom not working so it stays muggy all day after a morning shower. Cobwebs, dead bugs, broken lamps & holes in the walls. You WILL be charged $100 fee when checking in, even tho it is NOT listed here! Once you get there & see all of this, you're stuck. Everything is nonrefundable & hotel.com will do nothing!!!!

Everything was very nice and clean. Front desk staff at check in was super friendly. Breakfast was bleak. Only egg patties, waffles and i think a sausage patty for a hot breakfast. Nice and spacious room but i think it was a handicapped room. But very nice hotel and room.
