On December 11th,12thof 2025 me and my fiance visited Holiday inn ezpress in jasper, indiana.iStaff was more than curtious. They went above and beyond their call of duty. We felt like part royalty. Room was imaculate. Ammenities we great. Its just the trip was long. Pendleton, indiana to jasper, indiana we would stay there again and again.

The rooms are severely lacking in cleanliness and amenities. The first round we checked into both beds have been slept in with hair between the sheets and on top of the bed. The floor had not been swept with leaves and dirt all over the carpet. We asked for another room and the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and apologetic the next room we checked also had hair on the bed. Finally the third room was clean enough but we didn't notice until the morning there were no towels and no toiletries beyond a single bar of soap by the sink. Each time there was someone else at the front desk also asking for assistance and in the morning other guests were expressing their frustrations with the challenges of their own rooms. The staff we interacted with were very polite and apologetic and accommodating but clearly the standards for cleanliness upkeep at the hotel are lacking.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Big shout out to staff member Sheena Ranson. I called, 2 days in a row, with questions and requests and she went above and beyond. Always friendly even when we arrived. Shes great with guests. Hotel very clean and updated. We will stay there again

Bed was comfortable, pillows a little wonky. Breakfast was good. Disappointed fitness room closed. Biggest issues in room were bathroom door wouldn’t latch so we had to put shoes in front of door to keep it closed and the bathroom sink took about 20 minutes to drain.
