The housekeeping staff did not clean our room on our last day despite telling front desk and filling out the housekeeping form to clean the room. I don't know if the hotel does this to save money and then tell the guest they don't know why housekeeping didn't clean the room. They only cleaned the room once during our 3 night stay. Housekeeping needs training on attention to detail. Next time we stay in French Lick we might consider the Resort Hotels over the Best Western due to the lack of housekeeping services.
