It was in a good location. The pool was ok but there was a lot of algae on the bottom of the pool. There was no shower available the pool even though the sign said to take a shower before entering the pool. We were there for 4 nights and never got housekeeping. We asked for clean towels and they delivered them while we were gone. They left behind the full garbage can they had to walk by in order to leave the towels.

The staff, from the front counter personnel to the housekeeping personnel, were always friendly and courteous. The room was nice, and even though we didn’t need housekeeping during our stay it was offered via a slip we could have turned in by 11 AM on any day if we would have needed housekeeping. A lot nicer than a previous hotel we stayed at in French Lick, Indiana!

It was close to the French Lick Hotel. Pool was a nice temperature will definitely stay again and they had a microwave in the room. My only complaint get rid of the bars of soap and put in containers on the as they do in many of the hotels now

The staff was welcoming however my standards for a clean hotel are high and the mattress cover was stained to an extreme level and should not have been on a bed. Further more… there were crumbs behind the bed and nasty stains down the mattress protector. This is the second gross Best Western Plus I’ve stayed in and I’m beginning to think they don’t train their employees to pull the bed back and sweep it.
