Location. . Very nice entrance area and very clean.

Clean nice place. Well kept up place, nice breakfast

Staff kept answering the phone during my check in so it took forever and we were exhausted. Tub was so slick, someone in our group fell twice.

Hotel was new and clean. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Pool area was nice, somewhat small pool but wasn't crowded during our stay. Maids didn't make beds or change towels 2 out of 4 nights we stayed. Hotel manager seemed to resent our "third party reservation" through Orbitz.

The staff & hotel facilities are over the top! Thanks for a great night!

I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed most of the amenities we have to offer our guests but want to apologize for the lack of service you received in the housekeeping area. That's not a typical standard at our hotel.
