Had two suites booked the hotel had only booked one receptionist "found" an open room which was a "standard" room.. when entering the room it was already occupied, when going back to reception to address the issue another 2 parties had the same issue with their booked rooms already being occupied.. the worst experience I've had while trying to stay at a hotel.
