THE DESK LADY WAS VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING. THE BATHROOM NEEDED REPAIR

Room was very cold and no extra blankets and it took 6 hours to warm up.

Hotel accommodations were fair....not a lot of money but you get what you pay for. Room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell.

Very nice & clean room! Easy to find, great location!

not great not terrible decent price so so brekfast under construction. staff is ok but overall just a mediocre hotel.

this super 8 is not great. it is under construction and they aren't doing a very good job ( vent hanging, sloppy painting, plumbing issues, and askew doors) but the rooms have fridge and microwaves and are relatively clean. decent price mediocre breakfast.

I always like staying here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are always clean and continental breakfast is nice in the AM also.

Nice enough for an affordable stay. The rooms had plenty of space. Nice breakfast...waffles!

Enjoyable, could use better coffee, the staff was pleasant.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was clean. Continental breakfast was nice and loved the time extension to 10:00. Was on the first floor and people above were noisy, but turned fan on and it blocked out the noise pretty good. I would definitely stay here again.

When we checked in we had to call a room number to get the front desk clerk to come to the desk. She was a young female, very poorly dressed with no knowledge of how to check us in. Once past that, we were given our room key. The room was small, but fairly clean. The tiny refrigerator provided did not work. There was no lock on the window, but a small curtain rod to put in the tracks to serve as a lock. The lights by the beds only had one light bulb and almost gave us seizures it blinked so badly before it quit all together. The towels were like sandpaper and the beds hard as a rock. When we left to go to supper we found the front desk clerk out in a car smoking. We were disappointed at best. I thought I had nothing to worry about with the Super 8 reputation, but it was definitely not a place I would recommend or stay at again. It was more like a $20 a room night hotel.

very accommodating, I got there early with no place to go and and room was prepared. Room was clean with good ventilation. TV was clear and the breakfast was great.

We actually stayed there 8 days total. When it was necessary for us to add a day on short notice, they went out of their way to accommodate us. Almost all of the motels/hotels were filled for the weekend because of a college soccer tournament. All worked out well. The young couple who now own the motel are trying to present a nice image to their guests. The continental breakfast was a little sparse, but adequit. The description of motel's location on some of the maps & GPS are wrong. Maps put you more than 10 miles north of Jamestown. Because I went to school there, I knew their real location. GPS puts you out in a corn field northeast of town. They do have suites too. But, we were only sleeping there & for that purpose, it was just fine. Not too disabled friendly - there are five steps up to top floor & 5 steps down to "ground floor." If that is a problem, ask to stay at the Buffalo Inn which is in the same location & owned by the Super 8 folks. If we go back to Jamestown, I will most likely stay there again.

I only stayed one night, passing through on I-94. The room was fine and the king-sized bed comfortable. It was close to a stairway and noise from people going by, and I had noise from the room above. If I travel I-94 again, I'm willing to stay there again.

Easily accessed. Within walking distance to resturaunts and shopping. Subdued exterior with recent updates to interior. Breakfast offered and not advertised.

Upset that the hotel didn't tell me in advance that there would be a charge for a pet. Super8 should establish a consistent policy. Parking lot needed striping and cleanup. Breakfast doughnuts were old.

Given that many Super 8's have declined in quality over the last 20 years, we were hesitant to book this, but the price was too good to pass up. When we arrived at the plain building without landscaping, we thought the excellent price was going to cost us comfort and cleanliness. We were wrong. The interior was very clean. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, moderately updated. and comfortable. There was even an adequate continental breakfast which had not been mentioned in the website we had checked prior to arrival. No, it's not beautiful or outstanding, but a very good value for a low price. I'd recommend it for any budget traveler.
