The room we got is very nice! The only issue that we had is our heater wasn’t working and it’s very cold in here. When I told the front desk gal she didn’t even apologize—she just said she would put in a maintenance request. That part could have gone better.

This was a very nice stay. Great friendly staff. Someone was gaming on the TV whoever stayed before us so it took us about half hour to figure out the TV. Housekeeping should really check all TV's as part of their routine. Gamers never put TV back on the right outputs when they are done. Not the hotel's fault, it just happens way too often. Otherwise, great hotel to stay at!

I was not given a double queen room like I had selected and needed due to the number of people in our party. The staff were less than helpful and I asked multiple times. I understand if we needed to wait until that room type was clean or if they just didn’t have any but then I was charged for the room I selected and got a king room. The room I was given was about $40 cheaper per night but I wasn’t given a discounted rate. It was very disappointing.

The property was well-appointed with many amenities. The room decor was beautiful with a king bed, couch, sitting area, large studio kitchen and big bathroom. The bed was very firm. The water pressure for the shower was very low.

Pros - super spacious room and very clean. Cons - check in was disorganized, lengthy and front desk person was not helpful. When booking through Expedia I asked for rooms next to each other (conjoining rooms not necessary). I had my 80-year-old mom we wanted to be close to in the next room. Hotel front desk couldn’t find our second room and then said we were on different floors from each other. No offer to fix the situation and blamed it on us booking through Expedia. While hotel was clean - I don’t know if I would return due to front desk hassle. Also have yet to receive a receipt. Had to pre-charge a $35 incidental charge when getting the keys even though we had a card on file. Concerned front desk just added a charge?

We were in a room near the elevators, but you couldn't tell. The staff was courteous and helpful. The pool was warm, hot tub was hot! Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices. We will definitely stay again!
