This was horrible from the get go. Checked in to a room that the door wouldnt latch, so they quickly changed rooms for us. I then check my bank account and had been double charged. When i approached the front desk they said oh whats wrong now. So i kindly expained and she said yea that will happen when you switch rooms, theres nothing i can do for you. So all my extra money got tied up in a charge i never should have been charged for and thus ruined our whole weekend. Not to mention i shoukd have never been charged for a second room when i didnt use a second room, i switched due to the safety of our door not latching shut.
Room was good. Pool and hot tub not in service so disappointing when there is no advance warning and you look forward to accessing these amenities.

The room and lobby/hallways were all very clean. The breakfast was ok, but not memorable. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable for us.
Noise level the first evening was unacceptable due to a few unruly guests - but conditions improved after that.
The room was ok, but the staff was worthless. Nobody was at the front desk at any time we walked by. When I needed assistance from the front desk, I had to stand there for about 5 minutes before someone came from the back office to help. The staff had no idea how to work the computer and it took 20 minutes to check in and 15 minutes to check out. Probably won't stay there again.

This hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again next time we come to Fargo.
