This beachfront retreat boasts not one, but two oceanfront pools where you can soak up the sun and unwind with the sound of the waves in the background and a designated grilling area. Tennis enthusiasts will delight in our four tennis courts, perfect for a friendly match or improving your skills.


Upon entering the property guests are greeted by a coastal living space with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including a blender, toaster, and regular coffee maker.


The main living area is perfect for the family to gather a sofa and two swivel chairs in addition to a large TV with Xfinity cable. The sliding glass doors lead you to the back patio where you are just steps away from the pool and boardwalk that lead to the beach.

Yes,couple of suggestions for B110 surf and raquet club. Screens on the sliders for fresh air and to hear the ocean.Also fix lock on sliding door instead of using a piece of wood.

Enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that can be easily fixed. Patio door wouldn’t lock. Curtains in living area did not cover the windows and was see thru. No privacy in main living area at night. Dead bug on bed underneath quilt. No starter laundry detergent. Drain cover not secure in primary shower. Maybe add a comfortable recliner/chair or loveseat in living room. The small chairs are not very comfy for watching tv.

Property had great potential. Shower drain clogged. (Fixed) Shower and shower head moldy. ( Only partially fixed) Shower head old and would not adjust. I had family in two different units there at the same time. Those units were maintained much better. About 300.00 for shower heads and good cleaning would have made a huge difference.

Great place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and had a nice view of the sunset in the evening. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!

Decent location condo needs some updating in need of some maintenance, sliding screen door missing on both doors and lock did not work on sliding door. Nice layout of condo, nice mattress, furniture needs some cleaning, I think a little overpriced for what you are getting. Just trying to be honest.

Great Location

Your property was a great location, however, was disappointed that the pool was closed. That was one of the reasons we picked that property due to be able to access the pool from the back door. Which also the back door did not lock unless you put a stick in the door, which didn't make the door latch
