We had a wonderful time at this spacious oceanfront home. Communication with our host was prompt and very welcoming. The house is great and was loved by all our family members -- we stayed with our grown kids and partners. There were seven of us and everyone felt they had enough space. We loved cooking in the terrific kitchen and we loved sitting together and watching movies at night. Also loved the close proximity to the beach for many beach walks. It was the perfect place for our family. Thank you!!

Family trip

The property was great! We had 8 adults, a 2 year old and two infants and felt like we had plenty of space. The location was good as it was a short drive to town and restaurants. The property managers were excellent, very responsive. All in all, great trip!

Holiday vacation

We stayed over Christmas and had 8 people in our party. It was very comfortable, great for big dinners and the outside patio was really nice as well. Conveniently located, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped.

Family Reunion 2024

This property is beautiful, spacious and fun for all ages12-83 in our family group. Privacy yet excellent beach access and close to many restaurants. The management company was attentive and easy to work with throughout the process. We had no serious issues and made suggestions to enhance the experience for foodies and chefs! We would definitely recommend 3280 and may even return ourselve!

This home was amazing! The property managers were great! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The house is stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. There are even beach chairs and pool toys. Couldn't ask for better communication with the property managers. Wesley was on top of it!

Luxury home is perfect

This property was perfect for our extended family. The pool can be observed from almost the entire living/dining area and the submerged ledges within the pool are perfect for toddlers as well as sunbathers. All of the pool area doors fold open if you wish to expand the experience of togetherness. The kitchen and island are massive and well equipped with 2 dishwashers, large stove, extra wide fridge and freezer, as well as 2 beverage coolers built in! The laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers, so no one is kept waiting on their load. Three bedrooms are located downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The two bedrooms upstairs share a balcony which is street-facing and great for slow morning wake-ups. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are the only places with carpet. (The entire downstairs is marble tile flooring!) Each bedroom in the house has an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is quite the luxury experience with a sitting area that opens up to view the pool area. To say that this bedroom is spacious is quite an understatement and even more of an understatement for the master bath, equipped with a claw foot bathtub and television. The lighting and layout are quite stunning; we had to invite all the guests in for a tour! The master shower (luxurious)is basically a wet room with a built-in tiled bench. This property was the Blue Marlin Court cottages for decades where we vacationed for years in the ‘60s and ‘70s. For us to bring my 87-year-old mother for a grand return brought tears.

Company meetings

6 people enjoyed the house during a corporate meeting hosted by the Omni. The house was a terrific spot to stay off site and have daily meetings with our customers and enjoy a private venue with excellent view. Customers loved the quiet location and great views.

Wonderful Property

We had a wonderful time staying at this property and look forward to coming back next year. We had 9 adults and never felt crowded or on top of each other. Being on the ocean was a bonus with a beautiful house. Lori was great to work with. Thumbs up to all!
