We were given what must be a staff resting room, #215. The tiny makeshift balcony was filthy and because it is sitting on the roof of the first floor, the space in front of the balcony was filthy as well with whatever people had dropped from the upper floors. The beds were from another era, most uncomfortable, sinking almost to the floor when sitting or lying down. Next to the shower head the drywall was bulging with what must have been a water infiltration event ( I did not see any signs of mold). This was our second, and last stay, in this rather pricey hotel.

The beach view was alright for the partial view we had. Complimentary breakfast was good. No issues beside the low water pressure in the shower and the balcony door handle was broken so didn’t get time on the balcony.

The suite was amazing and the views were spectacular. I enjoyed my overall stay. The staff were helpful and nice. The restaurant and bar had many great options and the pool was so relaxing. Thank you for a great experience!
