Great communication with hosts leading up, during and post stay. The place was exceptionally well stocked and super clean. The view from the patio was fabulous to start day. Not far from downtown and the grocery store. I would highly recommend Duke’s Beach House.

The house is so great! The kitchen is amazing and the views are astonishing. Fantastic proximity to the beach and lovely places in town. Perhaps the house could use an upgrade on mattresses and cushions, but this is the only suggestion. We loved our time on Amelia Island and would return.

The property was amazing! We had an incredible ocean view, a fantastic deck, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy, the property pool and walkover were a great added bonus, and the house was well-stocked and beautifully decorated. It was also perfectly located just a short drive from the grocery store and restaurants, as well as downtown Fernandina in the other direction. 10/10 will book again.

Wonderful place!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!!! Views were great. Right on the beach via a boardwalk. We thought we would be bothered by the multiple units at the place since we initially thought we had a house to ourselves (didn’t read the whole listing I guess), but it wasn’t any big deal. We actually rented a second unit so one of the families could spread out a bit more. It was perfect. Thanks for the great upkeep of this place!

Inside of house is very nicely remodeled. Much thought has gone into making the house comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The nice level walkway to the beach made it an easy walk, though it was a bit long for our group of 65 to 75 yr old women carrying beach chairs, etc.

A Wonderful Family Vacation

The property was a great spot for a family get-away...a boardwalk away from the enticing beach and surf with plenty of things to do in the area during rainy periods. The house is indeed in close quarters with other renters. For a property that could accommodate so many guests, the kitchen was a bit lacking in cookware, given that we cooked 100% of our meals, but we all had plenty of space in the nicely renovated house. We had a few issues to which the property manager responded, but we had to work around them. All in all, it was a pleasing place to stay.

Amazing weekend with friends

We had the best girls weekend at the beach staying in this property. It slept all of us comfortably and the large private dock was perfect for our meals. Close to town and right on the beach. Highly recommend

Fantastic property

The property (Unit C) was amazing. Great value for the price. I stayed with my wife and some friends. Wonderful shared space with an amazing view. The amenities were spectacular - from beach towels to kitchen accessories to everything. Super clean. Easy private beach access too.

Our 2nd stay was perfect

Our family of 6 and our dog stayed for a week. It was our second time renting and it was just as perfect as we remembered. The layout of the house is great for a big family and the deck is just beautiful. We spent most of our time there. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing property, conveniently located

From the write up, our expectations were high. I’m happy to report that everything was as advertised or better! Plenty of space for our family of 6 plus dog. Immediate, private access to beach and adjacent to a local favorite restaurant. We’ve been renting properties since 2012 in Amelia Island and is the best we’ve found. We would stay there again anytime!

Great views and location!

Loved our time in the house. Our group of 7 fit perfectly and the oceanfront view was the best. Just a short walk to the ocean made this a great location. Would definitely recommend!
