Clean and very nice
The room isn’t what I consider clean. I don’t mind the lack of housekeeping, but when I put my card out for clean towels, I got nothing. I only asked for two more towels, should have been an easy request. Breakfast was ok. The location, a block off the ocean was great, but when booking a “suite”, was thinking I’d get an ocean view, but no such luck.
The room was nice and quiet. Clean !
I had a beautiful view of the ocean. I was in town because I had lost my brother. The staff was very kind and friendly and the view helped a bad situation. It is right by the beach, beautiful area.

The bedsheets were extra clean! And the location was perfect. Our room has a noisy A/C unit - that was a negative. Other than that, it’s pretty decent for the $$.
We had a wonderful weekend stay here! Clean and comfortable! The staff was very helpful and always available. The location to the beach cannot be beat! We intend to return when the weather is warmer!

A/C in room barely blew air. Room was quite warm and hotel staff was not able to resolve and offered no discount. I didn’t want to move my family to another hotel at 9:30 at night so just had to deal with it. $150 for a room with no A/C is ridiculous. Also, don’t come here if you have COVID concerns. Only saw one employee and one guest during my entire stay that wore the required mask. Staff would not say anything to guests that just roamed the hotel and waited in the lobby with no mask even when checking them in.
Very nice rooms, and bathroom. And we were given an Ocean View !

All our guests rooms are Suites, however, we do not advertise that we are "ocean view" due to the partial block on the side of the hotel with the restaurant and the convenience store. Regarding the towels agree with you and I am going to look into it to make sure this don't happen again to any of our guests or your next stay with us.We hope to see you again soon
