This fantastic space features three bedrooms, including one Queen bed downstairs (no steps!) and one King bed upstairs, and also a queen sofa sleeper upstairs. Guests can relax in the living room, which also offers another comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Two full bathrooms with shower doors & tub. The townhome stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning and tankless water heater. 4 Smart TVs and fast Wifi. Office desk in flex room.
Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or at the beach, enjoying some downtime indoors, heading to the Mayo Clinic or to UNF, this superb townhome has you covered.
