Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The third-floor primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the water. Two queen bedrooms share a hallway bath on the same level. The bottom floor includes another bedroom with a king bed, as well as a large bunk room with two sets of full-over-twin bunk beds with trundles. The bunk room also includes a small wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and some games, all within the same room. A full bathroom on this level includes a door leading directly to the back deck, offering convenient outside access after time on the beach.

Living spaces
The main living area opens to a 60-foot balcony where you can take in wide coastal views. Inside, comfortable seating centers around a streaming TV, and a nook with a desk provides a dedicated workspace. Natural light and shoreline tones create an inviting atmosphere throughout the home.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen offers the essentials for preparing meals, along with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Two dining tables seat eight each, and a breakfast bar offers additional seating for four. Barbecue utensils and a grill allow you to enjoy meals outside with the sound of the ocean nearby.

Outdoor living
From the beachfront deck, you can step directly onto the sand for walks along the shoreline. Multiple balconies and the patio provide gentle breezes and views of the Atlantic. The bathroom with exterior access makes it easy to transition between the beach and the house.

Amenities & access
The home includes air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, and safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A private entrance and self check-in via keypad offer added convenience. Free parking is available for up to three vehicles. Pets are not allowed.
