The place was great and Jennifer was a very helpful host. The only issue we had was the gate entry to the property, which wasn't necessarily the owners fault but was an issue.

What a wonderful stay!

Wow, I highly recommend this condo. I am a patient at Mayo Clinic and come down every 6 months for a checkup. My wife and I love the Ponte Vedra area and were thrilled to find this place. Quiet and extremely safe tucked away in a gated golf community. The host was great, got back to me in a timely manner and was extremely helpful. The unit is very clean and extremely comfortable, again what a great find.Thank you Jennifer!Mel

Overall this was a great unit - keep in mind it is on the second floor so you have to navigate two flights of steps to enter the unit as well as there being 2 steps down to access either of the two bed rooms. There could have been a few more kitchen essentials, e.g. microwave safe containers, tongs, etc. On the few occasions we did cook I always felt I was reaching for something that wasn't there. Also, not a knock on the physical space more be aware of the house rules - there is a detailed manual indicating "extra" fees to be charge - if you used too many towels, if the unit including the refrigerator, oven, stove, dishes left in the dishwasher, furniture moved etc., basically you need to leave the unit in the same exact condition in which you found it otherwise there was a chance of the fee being assessed surprising since they charge a cleaning fee
