This was the best Vrbo we have booked on A1A in Ponte Vedra. Every detail showed courtesy to its visitors. The view is perfection with the panoramic windows. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is impeccably decorated with a casual, yet polished vibe. We would love to stay at Ocean Paradise again.

The home was beautiful, location was perfect and home was well stocked. They had everything anyone would need to a great vacation on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, hats, boogie boards etc. Loved the large lounge on the upper deck relaxing with a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Listening to the ocean at night was medicinal. We will definitely try to rent again and I highly recommend this home for anyone wanting a well equipped home located right on the beach. Great time!

Beautiful views right on beach. Away from it all but a publix grocery store if you go towards vilano/st aug. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, ....somehow remote and private though there are rows of houses along the shoreline and not a lot of sun bathers... great shelling beach for walks too. ...nothing the owner can probably help but please keep in my there are fisherman (some unscrupulous too) on the beach and that was a little concerning since we had young kids wading in the ocean.

Perfect for us - 2 adults on a short anniversary trip. Very clean, the prop. mngr. was very good at communication. Very comfortable rooms, furniture - the views are outstanding. The beach is relatively short and many shells with sand, but plenty of chair options on porches and in sand... and enormous kitchen.

The house is stunning with views from every room. Equidistant from Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine. Really enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom needs more / better pillows on the bed and master bath needs a trashcan. Road noise is quite loud at night. Also, TVs need to have the ability for guests to login to YouTube tv or other apps to be able to watch local news, sports, etc. Netflix is limited and the tv was passcode protected from installing other streaming apps.

I would have rated this house 5 starts except that the communication when there was a problem was very poor. On our last day the fire alarm system started to go off and wouldn’t stop. We ended up having to call Fire and Rescue and they could not get it to stop either. I couldn’t find any phone number or way to communicate with the host other then direct messages through the app and no one desponded. Because we needed to checkout to make a flight we had to leave the property while the alarm continued to go off. The alarm went off for over an hour. I also asked a few questions about the listing leading up to the visit and was given incorrect information about beach chairs and umbrellas (the property management company told me they didn’t have any but there were plenty of both when we arrived) and never received an answer to my question about the drinking water. Over all the weekend was great, the house was beautiful but the communication was disappointing.

This property is beautiful. We had 7 in our party with kids ages 4, 11, 15. They all had a great time. On days when the waves were too strong, we looked for shark teeth and found so many! The house is so close to the beach you don't have lug anything out and spend time setting up. There were beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and more for the beach. The design of the house allows for small kids with earlier bed times in the quieter space on the first floor. The furnishings are very nice - but it would be more practical for a traditional couch on the 2nd floor for more comfortable seating. The kitchen was well stocked and worked well to prepare large meals. Any issues we had were quickly resolved by the property management. The beach and water were beautiful with very few others to share it - it felt very private. I only wished for a vacuum rather than just a broom and dust pan which I used every day. I would recommend this space - it was a very nice week. We appreciate the owners sharing it with others!
