Stay there regularly always courteous service. Rooms clean and up to date. Very convenient for our needs. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Will be staying there on our next Rodeo in the area for sure.
Had to evacuate for Hurricane Irma. Was very pleased with this hotel allowing a dog. The room was clean (although there was some previous pet damage to the furniture). Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff was extremely helpful.
My Stay was awesome. I would recommend this hotel to my friends in the near future.. I will most certainly stay here again. They clerks at the front desk were so nice and courteous. Thank you again for your hospitality.
Nice place to stay, clean rooms, friendly service just a lot of outside noice which made it hard to sleep. Overall a great place to stay and the ability to have your pets made it nice. If you're in the area check it out. Clean rooms and friendly service in a safe location.
I just arrived to my destination after traveling through the mass evacuation in Florida. The first night traveling, I couldn't make it out of Florida and slept at a rest area with hundreds of other people. I had two dogs with me, so finding a quality hotel in a safe and clean area was a challenge. There were no hotels through Florida and into Alabama. When I used tripadvisor to research this La Quinta I was convinced it was safe and clean. The reviews were right. This La Quinta is the best I have seen. The outside is nice and clean. It sits behind a well-kept convenient store. The entrance is nice. The staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I had a room with two double beds. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. I have absolutely no complaints. My doxie came in barking at everyone and the staff were all smiling, instead of being annoyed at the barking (he only barks when other people are around). I felt very safe at the exit and there are plenty of places to eat. I have traveled a lot this month (with dogs) and have been disappointed by several La Qunita's, but not this one. I would recommend it 100%.
We were completely satisfied with this La Quinta. When we are traveling we look for a La Quinta Inn and try and book a reservation with them. The quality of La Quinta Inn's are a cut above the rest of the other hotel/motel chains that I have stayed at. All La Quinta's are not owned by the same individual. They are a franchise from my understanding of this type of business.
When I made the reservations for this stay the clerks on the phone were very nice and helpful. These clerks were just as nice and helpful in person. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, all the way from front desk staff to service staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel seemed to be very clean. You could tell it's age because there were some places that needed some attention. However, overall it was very good. I have stayed in hotels that cost far more than this one and they were no where as nice and did not have as nice a staff. If you are in the area and need a great place to stay where you feel welcome and not like another person. This is the place to stay.
Pets stay free at this hotel. Beds & pillows were quite hard. Slow internet connection and few TV channels available. I will choose another option next time. Bathroom door had obviously been chewed by a dog. Headboard in room had significant damage.
We arrived late, after a long day of driving, wanting only a great room and bed. We know we will always find this at a LaQuinta. We had breakfast and coffee and hit the road again to your next LaQuinta.
Hotel was average at best. First room we were given was dirty so we had to be given another room which did not have 2 queen beds as we wanted. We got a suite with a pull out sofa that was unsleepable.
