The lady at the front desk was so polite and kind. I had nothing less than amazing treatment from the staff. The only issue I had was with the $75 pet fee. I asked why it was so expensive and I was told that it was due to the hotel having to shampoo the carpet after the stay. I was a bit confused because I am a senior and I travel extensively with my 5 lb Chihuahua and 10 lb Morkie (a certified service animal). When I stay at pet friendly hotels, they always have pet friendly rooms. Sure, I have paid minimal pet fees, but I feel $75 for a 12 hour stay was steep. Other than the high pet fee, I truly enjoyed the hotel.

The front desk clerk Ms. Rhonda was absolutely WONDERFUL, that’s the only reason I gave this rating 2stars. The room looked clean, but when we pulled back the sheets the liens weren’t clean, those was hair in the bed like someone had slept there before and I’m not talking about a strand or two the sheets were dirty. Called down to the front desk and Ms. Rhonda immediately moved us to another room. Once again great customer service, but lacking on room service, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Thanksgiving Day, we came down for breakfast 1-1/2 before they closed and there was only one muffin and an apple available. Dining room was full. Coffee was out and juice machine wasn’t working. A family of six arrived after us, hoping to get a quick breakfast because nothing was open to go out. We couldn’t find the attendant to stock new items at the breakfast bar. Disappointed in not being able to have a breakfast, even though it was Thanksgiving morning. The room was comfortable with cold AC and the staff was very friendly. This was our third time to stay at this location.

Room was fairly cheap. Big and spacious. Breakfast was barely worth acknowledging as it was just bagels or cereal. Toilet and shower were dirty. We only stayed one night and decided not to shower because it was gross. If we were staying for longer I would’ve asked for a refund
