Fantastic place to spend a ski week-end. Nice rooms, gym, friendly staff, great bar.

This hotel is great! Everyone is super friendly and the rooms are clean and stocked well. The location couldn't be better...across the street from the town square. Keep in mind this is not a fancy place but cozy, warm and inviting. Remember your in Wyoming! The silver dollar bar/grill food is very good and consistent. All the workers are super helpful and friendly! We highly recommend staying at the Wort!

Could use more electrical outlets by the bed.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! N n nnnnnnn!!!!!!

We loved the history of the hotel and the beautiful décor. all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. enjoyed the fitness room and Jacuzzi and the robes and slippers provided along with bountiful toiletries were comforting. we were looking for the convenience of being downtown and we were glad we did.

Amazing stay at the Wort! Great food, service, and overall amazing stay.

I can't think of a single thing I don't like about the Wort Hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone.

This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at The Wort Hotel in downtown Jackson Hole during the week of Thanksgiving. The first time was 11 years ago when we became engaged. He asked me to marry him under the elk-antler arches in the Town Square. The Wort Hotel is an easy 15-20 minute drive from the Jackson airport. It’s warm and inviting with a friendly and helpful staff. We just love the way they decorate for Christmas after Thanksgiving. If you’re going to be in Jackson Hole for Thanksgiving, be sure to make a reservation for The Wort Hotel’s Thanksgiving Day Buffet. On the day after Thanksgiving, the Town Square gets lit up for Christmas. The lights are beautiful, and there’s a little family fun with Christmas activities and the appearance of Santa. The Wort Hotel is centrally located, so it’s very convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. It also has a small but nice little gift shop with very accommodating staff. Inside The Wort Hotel is the Silver Dollar Bar and Grill. Try their killer corn chowder. The rooms are well maintained and so quiet. I can’t believe how well I slept in our plush bed. Be warned, there’s no overnight street parking in Jackson Hole. The Wort Hotel does have a parking lot within an easy walk. November isn’t considered their “winter season,” so some restaurants, shops and ski slopes aren’t open. Some of the restaurants that are open have reduced hours. Regardless of this, my husband and I still like visiting at this time, since there aren’t hoards of people. We aren’t skiers, anyway. We just love Jackson Hole’s breathtaking beauty. We look forward to returning to Jackson Hole and to The Wort Hotel to make more memories.

The Wort hotel went above and beyond our expectations. The staff was super helpful always trying to ensure we had our needs met and the house keeping staff was exceptional. The location was perfect in the center of town. I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat!

From check-in through check-out our experience was great! Only negative is the beds were a little hard (I'm use to a softer mattress). The valet/bellman Shawn was so pleasant and had car waiting when we asked and always on time with a smile. We didn't eat at the restaurant, so I don't have anything to say about the food. Rooms are small, but sufficient.

Right in the middle of town, close to restaurants and bars. Very comfortable bed and a nice room. Hotel has a nice historic feel to it.

We liked the room and loved being able to step out into downtown, but the noise from the bar was really out of control at night.

After a week long trip in Yellowstone and Tetons, we stayed at The Wort on our 25th Anniversary. The hotel was everything and more that the website promised. It is centrally located in downtown Jackson, near park, shopping and fine dining. The themed deluxe room (we got the Shoshone) was very well and tastefully appointed. I highly recommend upgrading to it from the standard 2Q rooms. The staff was amazing. Kate, the concierge, called us a couple of weeks before the trip to ask if we needed any help with dinner reservations or special needs. She arranged for flowers and a special welcome treat in the room, and got us in at the Snake River Grill at a very hard to get dinner time. Sean at the bell desk was also very helpful settling us in, with local directions, and a loaner umbrella as we were stepping out for dinner (a thunderstorm happened to be passing by). The only complaint (if it can be called that) was that the richly carved door to the themed room did not seal well, resulting in poor noise insulation between the rooms and hallways (we had family of teenage girls next door).

The wort is in a perfect location in Jackson. Hotel is clean with a great staff. If I had to say anything not good was the lighting in the room, it was a little dark but overall a great place to stay.

The Wort is a great place to stay. Location is convenient, and the staff is fabulous.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and right in the middle of everything. it was very cold and snowing, but we were still able to walk to shops and restaurants. The staff is incredible.

In the heart of the downtown. Neat history with lots of character but if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place to stay. We were directly above the bar and the band played until 11. It was just a noisy place, The food was great but service was slow! Now, maid service was great!! We stayed at another hotel our 6 day visit and it was much nicer! And breakfast was included!!

everything was well above standard - history - great location - park the car and walk everywhere in jackson - room was very comfortable and the service was outstanding - silver dollar bar with a band, good food and drinks topped off our night

This was a wonderful hotel and would go back for sure!

Historic hotel downtown Jackson is perfect for the shopping, food and entertainment. Great staff, cool history and always a clean comfortable western room.

We enjoyed the room a lot, comfortable, clean and visually pleasant. Yet, there was NO view , the window was facing a wall.
