The home is located in a perfect spot, close to town, close to marinas, quite cove with deep clear water! We had a great time and the owner is very responsive.

Amazing

We have stayed there for three years are already booked for our fourth year next summer. Damon and is wife are amazing. It’s one of the best places on the lake that the dogs are welcome.

Family Vacation

This place was perfect for us. Plenty of room for adult children and grandchildren. We love the water so the location right on the lake was great. The Lake house was well appointed.

Lake Stay

This was our first trip to the Norris Lake area and we had a great stay at this property. Our group enjoyed the location and the ease getting to and from the dock. Overall, the house and the location exceeded our expectations. We definitely will be back.

We had a great time and the listing was exactly as described. The host was very responsive and wonderful to deal with. Beautiful home and beautiful Cove with great amenities. Loved it.

24 Family trip

Enjoyed the place very much. Water access and swimming was at the end of the yard right off the dock! That was the best! Great accommodation's for our family and friends to visit us. We all loved the place and had the best trip. Great communications with the host! We would recommend this place to anyone.

Location was so easy to get to

The house, location, and dock was just what our family needed. The house was clean ( may need some Maintenace updates to door by washing and dryer, bedroom doors, and towel holder), but overall was good. When we needed anything the owner would stop by, which was appreciated.

The inside of the house was very nice and clean except for the outside of the kitchen cabinets. They needed a good cleaning. They were dirty and greasy.There was only one small skillet to cook with.The path to the boat dock was very challenging. The grass needed to be cut and the rocks that we’re supposed to be steps were very difficult to decend.There was a large amount of poison ivy also along the path.

Comfortable Lake House

If you are looking for a comfortable lake house that checks multiple boxes this is a winner! The location does not feel close to town even tho you have all the conveniences minutes away! All of the neighbors we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. This renovated property has an open layout that gave us plenty of space for 6 adults, 4 children, and 2 dogs. We never felt crowded. The kitchen in particular had lots of counter space for food prep which was appreciated as we cooked most meals at the house. The partially covered deck has a lockable gate which provided added safety for our little ones and pets. This property has an easy walk to the boat dock. There aren’t the many steps or steep paths that are typical at Norris Lake. The updated covered boat slip is a bonus. There was ample parking for our 3 vehicles and boat trailer. Damon and Gillian were extremely prompt with replies to any inquiries prior to and during our stay. They even reached out to us and provided local weather channel information when there was threatening weather the area. The Wi-Fi in this area of the lake is excellent. Being minutes away from Indian River Marina is convenient for all boating needs. We have stayed at multiple houses on Norris Lake and this is definitely our top choice to return to!

We had a wonderful stay at this property.The dock is perfect for swimming and hanging out on.The house was very clean and had plenty of cookware and essentials.We enjoyed all the extras Blankets, games and the nice back porch!Definitely will stay here again.
