We opted not to take the all inclusive. Convenient to shops and restaurants just outside the property limits. Beautiful beach but rough waters in front of hotel. Megan has excellent English and she helped us with any issues we had.
At the spa, my wife was unhappy because cause they took her necklace. And we have to call the Tourist police. 4 hours later, my wife's necklace was at the manager's offthe only thing they said it was "sorry."
The location was perfect, there were plenty of shops and restaurants around. They have a lot of activities to do while you’re in the pool Area such as , waterpolo, Zumba, bingo. Amongst other. What we did not like were the pillows, they were way too soft and my husband had a hard time sleeping. Also, they have a volleyball net in the pool area, which at times it was annoying because we would get hit with the ball or splashed . Perhaps they can have different times for people to use the net. Overall, we enjoyed your stayed.

It probably was really nice they just need more restaurants I had just one problem with the night security I put my things on the Cabana bed and he taking the things off and let someone else use it I was going for breakfast I went to the front desk to explain all they did is give me the runaround😡😬

It felt like a very safe place to be and everyone was friendly! It was conveniently located to shopping, dining, entertainment, pool & beach.

Staff were the best! Maintenance on the beach area was lacking but running at reduced capacity means running with reduced staff so certain things are bound to fall through the cracks.
The staff was excellent, the food delicious, the grounds spotless, the beach awesome. The first room- spotless, but the faucet wouldn’t shut off, the refrigerator didn’t work, the air conditioner didn’t work. The staff addressed these issues within 1/2 hour, but after 2 days of the air conditioner not cooling we were upgraded to an ocean view room. The refrigerator was broken in that room but everything else worked perfectly. I think the COVID shutdown in 2020 greatly affected their income and ability to do maintenance. I will definitely be returning next year. Lord willing.
I don't like that people reserve the chairs on the swimming pool and the beach. people reserve the chairs with out using them
