This is our 3rd time to this exact resort and we love it. Safe and can cross street into downtown to visit other entertainment establishments (Frank's Bar, etc. Staff is friendly and helpful. Resort is clean and secure. Walks on the beach are fanastic. Our favorite is they just installed 4 pickleball courts and have one tennis court. Great resort and we will go back next year!
The staff was super helpful and accommodating. I would like to see wearing a mask for employees an option and not mandatory.
we have been going there since 2013 and slowly declining food is terrible ran out of food at buffet...stuff is great ...owner cutting back just to make money....covid test $50,00 PER PERSON can get it at airport for $25.00....not very happy
I enjoyed the Sunscape Resort it's my favorite place to go I retired and moved to Ixtapa and I always get a chance to have 2 days or 3 days relaxation and I love the staff that's there they know me the service is outstanding the resort is beautiful I'll be back soon

This our 3rd time in Ixtapa, 2nd at the Sunscape and we will plan to return soon. Ratings are a little lower this year on the staff and service only because a lot of things at the resort were shut down because of the lack off people on vacation-coronavirus. No fault of Sunscape’s management, but service by select staff individuals could have been better. I’m chalking that up to the virus as well.
Everything was good except I ate Turkey dinner along with the person I went with and we got food poisoning
felt very safe while on property - with two teenagers, that was very important. Also was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff.
Great staff and hotel. The late night "battle of the bands" with the Emporio was a bit of a nusience.

The room was too hot. No air conditioner in restaurants, the food was bad. This is not a 4 star hotel.
I loved this resort. It is located near shops and restaurants that you can walk too. The place is very welcoming, safe, clean and the food is fantastic. I stayed at a different all inclusive in Ixtapa 2 years prior and once there, this one was the most highly recommended to me, so I stayed here this time and was glad I did. The pool is great. The beach is great. The room was a bit small but very clean and had a refrigerator. The air conditioning in the room worked very well. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing fun vacation.
Great resort. Excellent food, friendly staff, and plenty of activities. We have stayed at other resorts in ixtapa and this is the best! You won’t go wrong with a decision to vacation at Sunscape.
We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Sunscape. The hotel, pool, and grounds were always very clean. We loved the hotel layout with everything being so convenient to get to without having to do much walking from our room to the pool, restaurants, and beach. The pool area always had plenty of chairs, and we never had to wait for a table at a restaurant. With so many shops, restaurants, and bars across the street, my family always had something to do in the evening. The staff worked extremely hard and were very friendly. Please always tip if you can. The wait staff work all day in the heat.
The staff knows what service means. They go above the call of duty to see if you need anything and are OK. Always smiling with positive energy.
Staff is great in this hotel. They are friendly, helpful, accommodating, polite and pleasure. The hotel is clean and the location is great. We loved the food in all restaurants.
It was a nice place with a nice staff. I was there for a week and the food got boring and was often the same types. It was clean with a nice beach and good alcohol. It was worth the money.
