Live the high life in Ixtapa! As soon as you enter the beautiful Bay View Grand Marina you may never want to go home! The grounds are impeccably clean and the infinity pool is a wonder. It is perfect for lounging for hours. This pool offers large shallow areas which are great for sitting or laying on to get the most of the incredible views. The sounds of crashing waves and islands in the distance complete the scene. Get a relaxing water massage from the fountains when they are on. Sit poolside on one of the comfortable loungers. Or for a change, sit under the palapas on the beach. There is also a separate kid’s pool and two jacuzzis. Affordable food and drink service is available at a moments notice from the cheerful staff. Two miles of beachfront allows for fantastic walks on the beach.
When you do make your way out of the pool you will discover how much the Bay View Grand Marina has to offer. It includes a gym, tennis courts, business center, spa with massage therapists, steam room, game room for the kids, theater, parking, valet service and 24 hour security. All this with no resort fees!
Our slice of heaven is located on the 11th floor. When you swing open the upgraded privacy door, the massive expanse of beachfront windows will make you feel on top of the world. Post-construction, we renovated this one-of-a-kind condo to provide the utmost in luxury for your stay. Among the many features, a massive granite counter and bar connects the kitchen to the living space and views, making meal preparation something to look forward to. Up so high, the waves are still loud enough to lull you to sleep, without being overbearing. With exposure only to the beach and ocean, you will enjoy fresh breezes, but not be bothered by the sounds of traffic and nightlife.
