Our 5000 sq. ft. penthouse has a great location in an exclusive, elegant and quiet complex of only 17 units.. It is at the high end area of Contramar Brisas with an extraordinary ocean view within short distance from the beaches, golf courses, restaurants, stores and attractions . It has ample spaces for inside or outside dining, an elegant living room and a well equipped kitchen with all you would need to fix a simple breakfast or a gourmet dinner. The roof top bar is the perfect place to relax in the shade or enjoy the sun and refresh at the private pool.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
