It was the worst hotel experience i would not keep my dog in the building i had to leave hotel after first night staff was rude and unapologetic. Member of staff knew no word of english furniture was broken in the room and bathroom was unsafe and shower was not working. Toilet floor is so filthy i would rather sleep in a hostel than in this hotel. If you are traveling with family dont even step into this stupid place. Expedia was not helpful either i will never use expedia as a travel agent next time either.

Very good for short and long stayings. Location is cool: train & train stations and ferry terminal is in walkable distance. Staff is polite and helpful, and good English speaking. Breakfast is tasty and quite rich. Rooms are clean & spacious, room cleaning is everyday. Yes, rooms need some renovation but it is a matter of time. Strange to read angry reviews of people who pay nothing and want everything:) Tram and cars noise is an issue, they beep every 5-10 minutes :) But maybe it is an issue only for me :) Overall, good choice.

This property is nothing like the images shown. The actual hotel has peeling paint, a shoddy lift, water-damaged and severely worn floor boards, damaged toilets, dirty taps (covered in limescale), terrible grout, holes in walls and woodwork. It is an absolute disaster, so save your money and avoid this hotel, because neither the hotel nor Expedia will refund you if you book it.

All restaurant around. Good location. Room was not in good condition. bathroom tap was broken which was later sorted. Breakfast includes only bread, cheese and Russian salad and little bits of Russian bites and nothing, so should consider your own breakfast. However, we changed our previous hotel Istanbul Sydney Hotel due to bad experience and only this hotel was available in emergency to stay.

PLEASE AVOID STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.... The manager was a horrible guy. First, he made us wait an hour to check in. We DID NOT get the room/view we booked and paid for. The rooms were dirty and smelled. It wasn't worth the money. Next to our room, the staff "lived" and they were so loud literally at 4 am and disrupted our sleep. I had to leave the next morning. The staff did a horrible job. Overall, I would give this hotel 0/10. Definitely, AVOID staying at this hotel.

The hotel as awful as the hell. Bathroom is dirty and inconvenient and cover with dust and mold and smells badly even the cockroaches were there. I haven't take even showed as it was really dirty. Bed sheets are dirty. The breakfast is not eatable. The room has no key and each time you need to approach the reception to to open your room. It cant be called hotel and with such terrible conditions. I strongly recommend not to reserve this hotel unless you see the room

This was the absolute worse place I’ve ever stayed in. They name this as a hotel but it was worse than a hostel. It started off with no one wearing masks even though the sign stated masks must be worn. I went up to the room and it was filthy. The soap was used and the shower area was like a closet. I requested for two twin beds but it was one queen bed. He then moved us to another room. This room was no better. The wifi was very slow. There was bugs and insects all over. The bed sheets had blood stains. The blanket has some yellow stain which I took pictures of. The pillow case was torn. The shampoo was half used. After we mentioned this we wanted to leave and receive a refund for the days we will not be staying but he refused. He then moved us to another room. There was no water for hours. The bed was ripped and torn and I was able to see the bed strings. The bed sheets for these ones also had stains. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and false advertising needs to stop. I would like Expedia jump in and reimburse me as I’m a very loyal customer. I have picture proof.
