The room was great, only complaint being that we had to make do with a sofa combed but it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. Staff was cooperative and friendly, we never had issues with them. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay with adequate service provided.

The property is lovely and spacious. We stayed in a 1 1 and there were cleaners every day. My only complaint would be that the receptionist, Mr Ismail demanded 1000tl for my friend to visit my apartment. Despite telling him she will be staying for 10 minutes maximum he classed us like escorts (two females) and demanded we paid him 1000tl. We refused and told him we will complain officially, he then gave up. His colleague was very helpful and we could see they were all uncomfortable with his demand. I will definitely be staying at their apartment again, just not in this location but in their other hotel in Sisli.

- Worst 4 stars Hotel over the last 15 years. - When I arrived in the midnight I found the hotel gate closed. I knocked the door a few times then I saw someone coming from the right side who opened the door for me. Actually that guy was the receptionist who was sleeping which is very strange to see a receptionist who closes the hotel completely to take a nap! - The safe-box was not working and I asked to either fix it or change my room but as expected the easiest thing is to tell you that the hotel is full and the guy will come tomorrow to fix it. BTW till I left it was not fixed. - No “Don’t disturb” sign available at the hotel. As a result, I had to take all my valuables with me everyday which is very risky. - The Wifi was not working due to technical issue which lasted the whole stay period which led to using the data roaming and spending a lot of money - No air conditioning in the bedroom - Still using normal metal keys for rooms - No hot water in the bath tub - Noise coming from the bathroom and the rooms near you - No bed cover and I had to ask the room service to bring one which ended up with giving me a sheet to use it as a bed cover! - The guys do not put the complementary water, shampoo, etc.. when they make the room. - No hangers for clothes and no iron/ironing board - Not all lights working. Bed pillows are high and not comfy Based on the aforementioned, I don’t recommend to stay at this incredible hotel at all.

They are really amazing, considerate, friendly employees - really all of them, smiling, and helpful. I arrived very late, sometimes after 2:00 am, and I was expected to check out at 12:00 pm as many hotels; anyways, they extended my stay till like after 3:00 , and they served us breakfast at room, although we woke up around 11:30 , and it was so fresh and yummy! Before checking out, We met the manager, Kan -not sure if I misspelled the name, anyways, he was so welcoming, friendly and considerate. Highly recommended!

Ordered hotel with breakfast included. Hovewer this hotel do not have a buffet. They deliver breakfast to your room. I was never informed about how this work nor i got my breakfast. I came to check in 13:00 and at the reception i was told that room will be ready in 1 hour. However it was not ready until 18:00. Next day i left my room aprox. 11:00 and came back 18:00 to my room. Room was being cleaned at that time. Hotel itself is clean and modern. You can see some wear and tear but nothing that is too bad. Hotel is good but staff needs more training and organizational structure.

I booked it by mistake, I wanted to book a hotel in European side but end up booking the place suites. I stayed with family for one night it was an amazing. The rooms are spacious and the guy at reception was helpful.

Modern Apartment, lack of necessary utensils

Liked the Modern decorated and very clean apartment but there was not a single utensils to cook or heat the food , they expect traveller to travel with pots and pans , what’s point of a apartment with stovetop and kitchen without any utensil, I don’t understand !
