Great value for a super hotel with amazing staff

A very solid choice in the midst of Taksim's hotel district...but nicely removed down a small side-street for peace and quiet. Easy walk to/from the airport bus, and always the friendliest of staff on every visit - this was a return for us, and it felt like a home-from-home in Istanbul. The breakfast offers great choice for a small hotel, and the mattresses were comfy, wifi fast and free, and the price is right. Highly recommended!

I have booked this hotel for new year. The services are pathetic. They gave us the room in basement (such thing was not mentioned anywhere in our booking). The rooms were not clean, bed sheets were stained and washroom was stinky. The duvet cover was also uncleaned and smelly. I picked 3 hair from bed. Its not a good area for a family, saw fee hookers too. The payment was non-refundable otherwise I would have booked some other place. Not recommended at all!

The staff was nice and helpful, location is good, 7 mins walking to Taksim square But the room was awful, its in the basemenet, it was not written in the booking, there was a common balcony with our neighbours, it was scary, so noisy, not very clean

Perfect spot near Taksim

I had only 2 days in Istanbul, and this was a perfect place for value. Extremely welcoming reception, very clean, great breakfast bar, a few minutes walk from Taksim. I would definitely stay here again.
