Location is good, maybe about 10 mins from Grand Bazar and Lalali. Rooms are little outdated, we had some issues with plumbing but they had changed our rooms right away. The staff there was incredible. Breakfast was good.

We stayed 5 nights. The whole hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they try very hard to please customers. The only thing that I had difficulties with was water pressure and hot water. During shower, the water pressure changes frequently and hot water comes intermittently. I couldn’t adjust the right mix of hot and cold water. This may be a systemic issue. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable.

Short stay with them. The toilet has little moulds in the bottom shower. There was no heating and staff cannot speak English properly and we also decided not to ask/seek help from them. Breakfast selection was good and location is good too.

It was a nice experience, the staff were very polite and helpful. Our only issue was with the air condition, it wasn't cool enough so we had to borrow an air cooler on the second night onwards as the room was too warm without it. The complimentary breakfast was okay.

AC was weak and it was hot out

The AC was not working well, and it was very hot during the day, muggy and hot at night. We had a horrible night sleep. They were supposed to bring us a fan, but that did not take place u til the second night. We slept well the second night. They were courteous and respectful. Just need to fix their AC.

Did not have a good experience here. I had three rooms , in one room AC did not work,spent the night in heat. Moved to another room the shower did not work. Very poor from a reputable name. I hope i get credit for at least one room back. Did notify the manager.
