My overall experience was satisfactory. Stayed at this hotel for 1 night before my flight, next day. Staff was very helpful and let me check-out late (4 pm) as my flight was late in the evening. The hotel lobby and reception area are very nice. Location. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Lots of shops near by, Metro bus station near and the hotel-airport shuttle is very convenient to and from the airport, where you can also use the airport metro station. Rooms. Large, Spacious, clean rooms with decent amenities. Negatives: The TV at an odd angle to watch from the bed. The shower/tub need replacement, they are old style and tired. It was disappointing to know the indoor pool has closed, whereas i was looking forward to it as it was advertised. Towels, linen need replacement, they seem old. Most hotel guests seem to be Hair Transplant patients. you can see dozens of them roaming around the hotel, hotel lobby. which is sometimes very unpleasant to see and makes one wonder about hygiene for bed, linen, towels, etc.

That was my worse hotel experience for last 30 years. Booked for business supposed to be 5 star hotel. Porter at door didn’t speak English. At reception they couldn’t initially find my reservation. Service at restaurant was poor and lousy. After dinner waiter came to my room asking for money since according to him my room wasn’t covered by visa. Pool and gym closed. Wi -Fi didn’t work. No idea how anybody gave to this hotel 5 Star. Unless it is a local Turkish rating system.

Stayed here twice for long layovers in Ataturk. Its about 15 liras by cab from international terminal and there is an hourly shuttle too. Hotel is very average for a Radisson. Last time I stayed, the AC didn't work in the room and you cannot open windows in view that they are sound isolating. Which they actually are, given that the planes fly over all the time and there is a big highway underneath too. Thats a bonus. Check in / out takes ages too when its busy. Place is OK, as my work paid for it, but i dont think i would be staying if had to pay myself in terms of price vs quality

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in (and I stay in hotels every week). It is a long way from the airport, 30 mins by car. There only seems to be one shuttle per hour. The room was dirty, bed was rock hard, there seemed to be no sound insulation so you hear the 24hr flight movements and highway noise. The air conditioning did not work despite the engineer visiting the room, it never dropped below 27 degrees C. The quality of this hotel is far beneath all the others in the Radisson chain. I would recommend to avoid at all costs.

Nice hotel to saty.near by there are lot of markets you can get things which you want..it's walkable distance. People at hotel are very sweet in helping us.the complementary breakfast has lot of variety

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. Yes, there was no noise of the aircrafts taking off but the hotel is far away from the main Istanbul hub and the traffic to and fro is terrible. Thus it costs lot of money in the taxi. The hotel though is great with a nice breakfast spread a very helpful and courteous staff.

This hotel is the worst we stayed so far. Our room was dirty and filthy. We did not have a water boiler, called the reception, it didn't arrive even after 1 hour of waiting. Then what came was hot water in a can, the can was also extremely dirty with various stains on it. There was a nespresso machine that was filthy, did not feel comfortable even touching it, forget about using it. The carpet was not vacuumed, there were a lot of dirt and food remains on the floor. I booked a room for 2 people, I was given a room for 1, there were shampoo and conditioner, coffee, tea for only 1 person. They brought a baby crib, which looked like it was picked up from the trash bin. It had so many tears on it, dirt, stains, and it was almost falling apart. We ended up not using it at all. I would not recommend this hotel at all, we are not satisfied, and will never use them again. So be warned!!!!

The advantage of this hotel is also its disadvantage. The hotel is very close to the airport, basically at the end of the runway that is always in use for take offs, so you can imagine is not the most silent one. Business Class room was big and clean. Not the most up-to -date but completely correct for a nice stay. Breakfasts are messy and crowded, as much as the staff tries to cope with the flood of tourists before taking they daily excursions or organized bus to the airport. If you expect a quiet breakfast, forget it ! Even there were moments that there was no food. I could cope with all this but the thing I found it was really bad was the fact that at the cooking eggs station out of the 6 nights I stayed there, only two morning there was someone cooking eggs. Yes, there is a short menu but the waiters hardly cope with the work and no one will come and ask you what you want. Some mornings I skipped the breakfast just to avoid the morning rush and loudeness. At night, I used the hotel restaurant Olivos several times. Forget it !! it takes forever to get served and when you do, do not expect any order nor consistency in the service. Staff was very kind but needed to be more organized and be aware of their poor time management. Do not stay at the hotel restaurant for dinner. After several nights of going there , I went out and walked up the hill approx.100 mts and close to the station there is a HAS Conya Mutfagi restaurant (haskonya.com ) ...YOU WONT REGRET !!! Amazing food, better service and speed than the hotel and a wide choice of fresh and delicious local food. Menu is in English and with pictures. After I had my first dinner there, I never stayed again in the hotel for dinner. I used the laundry service and it was really fast. Staff is always kind and nice, not always 100% effective, but nothing major to complain. I would have no problem to stay again in this hotel but not for a long period, mostly because of the aircraft noise and the crowded breakfasts. the hotel should consider to have another room for non-group clients or at least for the business class room clients to have a separate room.

The hotel was close to the airport. There is a frequent shuttle to and from the airport. I had to take an early morning flight back and the shuttle was still available. The staff was very welcoming and polite. The room was clean with a decent size bed. The breakfast spread was good and tasty food. I also had dinner at the hotel during my stay and it was good (both in the restaurant and room service). I am not much of a bar person, but the bar was also decent. Recommended for business travellers. Is family friendly as well.

The hotel is located close to the hotel so it’s good for when you have a layover however it’s a fair distance from the sights of Istanbul therefore would not recommend it if you are planning to explore the city . The check in service was ok however I felt it lacked in friendliness. I noticed another colleague speak more politely to another guest and provided information about wifi however the member of staff checking me in did not and it was something I had to ask rather than just be informed. Friendly service makes a lot of difference however I did not receive this. This is generally your first experience of not only the hotel but also if the city. The bedroom was a very good size and the decor was fine however the bathroom required updating. There was mould on the tiles and evidence of filler where quick fixes were attempted. The bathtub was chipped and the toilet had stains. The shower gel holder above the bathtub was not level and therefore tilted downwards. I noticed that housekeeping did not clean the bathtub as after my first use of the bathtub one of my hairs fell on the bathtub and it was still there in the same position when I used the bathtub on the second day. They also did not replace the tea and sugars. The bed was not made properly and therefore was left lumpy at the foot. There is only one entertainment channel in English therefore it’s either watching that or the news. Could do with more entertainment channels in English considering it’s close to the airport and therefore most of the people staying at the hotel would be travellers rather than locals. Room service was ok as the guy delivering the food was friendly however things were missed out of my order. I ordered pizza and fries, the pizza arrived but the fries didn’t. I had to therefore call again for the fries however by the time it arrived my pizza was getting cold and therefore I had to eat it before the fries came. I ordered both to eat together not separately and therefore the fries felt a bit pointless and a waste when it later arrived. It appears from reading other reviews that the pool is always out of service as it was the same during my visit. The restaurant service was lacking. On the second day I asked for poached eggs as I noticed on the tables this was available as an a la carte option. I approached the egg station and asked for poached eggs. The member of staff on the station was fine and she called over a colleague to make the poached egg. However the colleague who was called over was not impressed by my request and muttered something in Turkish which I could not understand however I got the jist of what she may have been saying from the tone of her response. I was told it would be served at the table however it never arrived. I was in the restaurant for half an hour with no sign of the eggs. I had to attend the hospital for a procedure and therefore could not wait any longer and left the restaurant disappointed. The rest of the restaurant staff looked busy clearing up however I would have expected someone to approach me to see how my breakfast is going and whether I would like anything. That is what 4 or 5 star service involves however this never happened. In light of this I would class the hotel as 3 and half stars. Left disappointed. Has a long way to go before it can come anywhere close to 5 stars as it is stating.
