Great stay overall. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect—right in Taksim on Istiklal Street—yet the hotel is surprisingly quiet. Breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

The place was old dirty run down not like the pictures. I wanted to leave they would not refund me before I checked in. The location was closed off so we had to walk our luggage's to the hotel more than 2.5 blocks. The lady in the Front said her breakfast is great. It was a 2 only because the servers were nice not because of the food, variety, quality and temperature because those were all really bad. The workers were polite and nice.

Amazing breakfast, very close to Taksim Square and shops and restaurants. Staff very attentive and helpful. Gözde and Ayhan were lovely and went above and beyond at breakfast to make sure we got coffee/tea and had everything we needed for a nice breakfast. Would come here again.

Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was pretty good, staff was very courteous and helpful. The terrible thing was transportation. The hotel was very prompt to collect money at check-in for return trip to the airport. We were ready 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Transportation didnt show up till 40 minutes after. Staff kept on making excuses. We were 1 full hour late to the airport. Really bad experience, not worth the money or last minute worry.
