Very clean hotel, exactly what you see in the pictures. The staff are super friendly and helpful( very knowledgeable and understanding. Eventhough, the property is on the one of the busiest streets of Istanbul, it’s still quiet and we didn’t hear anything. The breakfast room is small and cosy but the buffet is great. Both Ayhan and Gorde are amazing in the breakfast room. They made the experience so pleasant. Thank you everyone for making us super comfortable and welcome in the property.

This was an amazing property. The staff couldn't help me enough. The room I had was large. It was clean. The picture is an old picture. They put in a ramp and tables and chairs outside. The only problem is if you have a room on the front side of the hotel the restaurant noise across the street might keep you awake. You may wonder where there taking you when you get taken to this property however it is worth it. I felt completely safe. I was a solo, senior, women traveling alone. I would go out in the evening to the main shopping and restaurant street just around the corner.

We loved it was 1 block from Taksim Square. The staff was excellent to work with. They had a strong command of english language. The free breakfast was the best. They had over 50 different food items. We had fresh squeezed orange juice. We had to head for the airport at 4 am. They arranged for a cab, and it was waiting at 4 am. We were returning from a Greek cruise, the hotel is just up the hill from the Cruise Port. We would definitely recommend this place, and are already looking forward to a return to Istanbul. This is a fantastic place.

We stayed for a couple of nights. Unfortunately, had the worst customer service experience. There electricity went out for about 50 minutes at night, and the management was clueless. It was fluctuating in the morning as well and the AC wouldn’t work. Upon complaining, they would just say 10 minutes, 10 minutes. If I’m paying over 100 euros at a ‘4 star’ hotel, then the least I expect is a working generator, and an apology of sorts instead of this our first experience also? Ruined our entire night and the next day. Didn’t get enough sleep due to which we couldn’t continue our plans. The only thing we asked in exchange was a late checkout but from the start, they said without even asking if extension was only 30 minutes or not. They’re saying they’re full but also apparently accepting bookings? The staff at the front desk is extremely untrained and inexperienced. Wouldn’t stay here again even if the location is great. There are similarly priced hotels in the same vicinity.
