I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect — just a short walk from a large shopping mall, which made dining, shopping, and even catching a movie incredibly convenient. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The reception lady, Su, was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a warm smile every time I passed by and was always ready to help with any questions I had. Her professionalism, kindness, and local recommendations really added a personal touch to my stay.

I spent a week with my family at this apartment hotel and had a great experience. The place was very clean, and the staff spoke English, which made communication easy. The suite looked exactly like the photos, and everything inside was fully functional. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. I highly recommend Mayar Residence for a comfortable stay.

Great place, but too much outside noise

Great property, very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Nicely located across from Forum mall, close to metro station. My only complaint is too much noise from cars and trucks driving fast outside. I booked a room with a balcony, and it was impossible to enjoy outside with all that noise.

Our family spent a week at the Mayar Residence. The Apartment had lots of space for everyone and all the facilities that we needed for our stay. In addition, we were offered daily housekeeping and bottled water. Mayar Residence is conveniently located across from the Forum shopping centre - so we had plenty of places to shop and eat at plus activities to keep busy. Would definitely book Mayar Residence again.

Not as advertized

Had city view room. Mold in shower. Couldnt shower there. Poor cleaning. Staff rude and unattentive. The rooms are not as big as advertized. The rooms are not more than max 50-60 sq.m even though it was advertized to be almost 70-80.. Pillows hard as rock.but luckily there is ikea and big mall so we just bought new pillows. When i asked staff why they say the rooms are bigger on the advertizement they just shrugged the shoulders. And yeah, the duvet covers were top short so the duvet was sticking out from the covers all the time..the duvets were not washed, only the covers..
