Bad points - If you are going to stay in odd rooms -street side, you should forget sleeping There is too much noise.so if they offere you odd rooms just run! - carpets are dirty and dappled - Smoke smell in corridors Good points - good breakfast and very beautiful view of Istanbul from 7th floor restaurant -Generally is clean - Gentle receptionists but the only answer about changing room is "sorry"
We stayed 6 days at listana hotel. The rooms were clean an staff were friendly. Breakfast was average and the same every day. Rooms were very noisy and the windows were not double glazing so we couldn’t sleep because of noises of street and cars. The location was excellent with walking distance to metro and bus station and cevahir shopping mall

Cozy hotel in the middle of sisli area. Good location, a walking distance from one of Istanbul's most known shopping areas. Clean Rooms, Friendly staff, and fair breakfast. would definitely stay there if i'm targeting sisli area.
Normal hotel 5/10 in new year u should take a suite here not economic room cleaning is very good ,the breakfast not very bad 🍳🍳 is near to some shops nd very far to the airport nd they have a good service room
A small hotel very central location and a walking distance from many locations of sightseeing to shopping. Clean and spacious rooms. Free good wifi, wonderful complimentary breakfast at the rooftop while enjoying the city skyline. The hotel staff is very efficient and extremely curtious. The only two things that might be a disadvantage are the wornout and dated towels and the noise in the front street rooms. Soon as I called to request better towels they were brought to me so it was not so bad. Overall it is great value fir money if you are on a brief stay in Istanbul.
Awesome support from the staff specially Ergun Akdogan. The kind of support that was offered, i thin ki would not have not even in India. Being vegetarian, he offered all possible support that i can expect. Rooms were spacious and location was also convenient, near to Metro and even mall was near, with lot of eateries If i ever visit Istanbul I would always stay at this location.
İ frequently visit istanbul and i must say this hotel by a vast margin is the best hotel i have been ever stayed in. Neighborhood is one of the high-end districts of istanbul,Rooms are nice and cozy, personnel are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Specially the manager is a very fine lady who helped me very much with smiling face and i hereby want to thank her for her kindness and hospitality. If you are going to visit istanbul, you should absolutely choose this hotel.
It's one of the best hotels i've stayed in. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially the desk manager Yakup Topuz. The rooms are clean, big enough and well equipped. The breakfast is fine. It's at the centre near everything. I highly recommend it. You will enjoy your stay there :)
We had a comfortable 3 night stay at this lovely, modern and clean hotel located at the heart of Sisli. It is perfectly located within walking distance of retail shops, cafes and restaurants. Taxis are very easily accessible. Its an approx 30 minute drive from the airport, 10 mins from Taksim Square and 15 minutes from Sultanahmet. Maximum taxi fare from these tourist sites is 22 lira. Take the hotel business card with you and show it to the taxi drivers so they know exactly where the hotel is. The staff are very friendly and will accommodate all your needs. We asked for an extra duvet and an iron and ironing board and it was brought to us within minutes. The reception staff converse well in english and will translate for you to the room service and housekeeping. The breakfast selection could be improved as its the same range everyday. Perhaps introduce croissants, pancakes and omlettes. The lunch and evening menu is limited with some items on the menu requested but unavailable. The hotel has a very good wifi service throughout the building. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sisli.
