Lobby was small, no room service after breakfast, no parking, road in front of hotel was narrow, no AC in corridors, lift and lobby. Lift was small only 02 bags with one person could be accommodated at one time. Was rooms were also small and without ventilation and room AC was fixed at 24 degree Celsius.

The room barely fit the beds they had in, the two beds we requested were practically one bed because they didn't have space between them due to the tiny size of the room. I could barely stand in the bathroom. They only provided one key for the double room. No one showed us to our room or helped us with our baggage, and when we checked out we asked to keep our luggage ate the hotel they asked us to take it down to the storage room instead of taking care of it. Worst service I have had in my life.

It had a variety of food and the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly....... The hotel did a shuttle service. I would recommend this to anyone because it is good for a couple, family and friends.

Nice Hotel with view

This hotel is very nice & close to all the attraction areas in Istanbul and the metro station. The room is a little small but comfortable. The breakfast is fine but need some improvement like add desserts.

Fair Hotel in the middle of Istanbul good location

Hotel is position perfectly in Istanbul. 5 minute walk to the Grand Brazzar & Tram which can take you all around. The Hotel itself is clean, room sizes are on the small size, even the family rooms. Room was clean, had everything we ideally needed, Aircon, Minibar. but due to the size you want to be out of the room more than you want to be in it. But with so much to see in Istanbul we didn't see this as an issue. bathroom was nice / compact but offered everything we needed, (Sink, Toilet and Decent Shower, hairdryer, Electrical Points) Breakfast wasn't great, not much choice and typical Turkish food options only, anything else is an extra which was a little disappointing but overall our stay was good. Aircon in the room which really helped, Mixed opinion on staff, some were really helpful - some didn't want to know. Overall if you going for a break for 3-4 nights then would advise, if you intend to spend more time out than in the hotel. We used it to sleep and shipped out for the day, worked well.. (Average Hotel - Got what we paid for)

Hotel service was poor

Hotel was conveniently located 2 blocks from tram way near Laleli University Station. Breakfast was good and room condition were also good. The hotel service information was none, they could not indicate metro, tram or buses, did not have maps or brochures, or information about nearest tourist information or tour offices, had to go to the Radisson Hotel for the concierge to give me that information.

Overall well located in "old city" At first the staff seemed a bit unpleasant however that changed later in the day. Please ask to have your passports returned. They did ask to hold onto them. Rooms are extremely small however given the location, free breakfast and wifi it's a good buy!

Very disappointing ... not what I was expecting!

I only booked this hotel because it had an average rating of 4.6 out of 5 and I really do not know why! I travel a lot for work and have stayed in all sorts of hotels and this is one of the worst experiences I have had. I was traveling with my wife and had issues the moment the room door opened. Firstly, the electricity in the room was not working when we entered and it was pitch black for some time while they looked into it. Then later that evening, when I wanted to secure my valuables in the safe it was not working so I went downstairs to reception and the guy there spoke very little english and said that there was nothing he could do and I needed to speak to the manager in the morning. Further, there was no bin in the room which meant that we needed to kep rubbish on the floor during our stay. Finally, I asked them for an iron to press some cloths and they stated they did not have one. I then asked whether there was an ironing room which they simply said "no"! OVERALL: Rubbish hotel and very poor customer service ... will definitely not recommend or stay there again.
