Staff members are nice and helpful. But the property is pure example of misleading. Images are not what you see when you arrive. Old buildings, dark room for up to 5th floor (No daylight at all for three people sleeping rooms). Broken and non functional faucets, fridges and electric kettles. Stained blankets, broken floor tiles with trip hazard. Elevator function is on and off. Two times out of service in a week of stay. DO NOT TRUST PICTURES AND 5 STAR REVIEWS.
I can’t say anything bad about the staff, they are very helpful. but the property itself is not what you see in the images. Broken fridges in rooms, broken faucets, old building with broken floor tiles, stained blankets, non working security vaults, Completely DARK three person rooms up to 5th floor (no daylight at all), On and off elevator functionality.

Excellent location and spotlessly clean room. Everything worked as it should. A real “find” at a fair price.
It was a very stunning modern hotel, remarkable service and unbeatable value. Rooms are beautiful, and have plenty of space for you to relax. Perfectly located with tons of walking dining and shopping options and very easy to visit all the local beautiful sites. We got upgraded to a bigger room on the first day and we were more than happy. We loved our stay. Breakfast is your traditional Turkish style breakfast and rooms were cleaned everyday. Sakia at the front desk was lovely and she helped us with all our requests very efficiently. Thank you for making us feel welcome, would definitely come back for an actual tourist trip rather than a medical trip.
Everything was fine apart from the hotel being next to a pub/cocktail bar/restaurant blasting music from around 5pm till 12:30am.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
I recently stayed at Kupeli Hotel for 6 nights with my underage child. I was expecting a larger room, but it felt quite small and uncomfortable. The window had a wall right behind it, so there was no real ventilation and it looked strange. I requested that my air conditioning be fixed, but unfortunately no one addressed the issue during my stay. The breakfast was very standard and never changed, which became repetitive.
On the positive side, the reception staff seemed friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, overall the experience did not meet my expectations
Great location so close to attractions. So many restaurants shops bars on your door step. Such nice rooms really modern & contemporary get the deluxe it’s worth the extra money you will be happy😎. Breakfast is really good.8-10.
Staff are amazing Will help you day & night all spoke English
The walking distance to Metro was fantastic!! The central location is perfect for making plans. The staff was beautiful to work with everyday. Breakfast is plentiful.
Excellent stay at the Kupeli Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help, mainly Kadir and Erdem. Breakfast was also excellent and the hotel is walking distance from all major locations: the grand bazaar, Hagia Sofia … will come back again.
Overall a great place to stay. It’s close enough to the tourist spots without feeling too congested. The tram stop is also about 4 mins away which will take you through most of the city. The hotel buffet is nice and better than what you find here in the states. The staff is really helpful, they offered us umbrellas the day it was raining. I would stay here again.

People in the surroundings were playing loud music and partying late after midnight.
A small hotel which is a walking distance to all the main tourist attraction. A tram stop is close by. We got looked after by kadir and would help us with any issues we had. Adam is a great lad and very jolly, the rooms was clean and made up everyday with no issues. Breakfast was the standard turkish breakfast which we was happy with. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back to stay at the hotel again.
