All excellent, except the toaster

Everything about my experience was excellent. I have one problem with the breakfast. The toaster is an ancient piece of equipment that should be REPLACES as soon as possible.

Just great. From the friendly staff to the great rooms and design. If you like a modern look, this is your best choice. Great breakfast buffet too. Not one bad word to say about my Favorite hotel in Istanbul. Location is nearby metro and bus stops, and close proximity to the main street filled with shops and cafes.

The area was great and the staff were wonderful and very helpful ( not sure why the negative reviews on them ? Or maybe I got lucky ?) The only reason I wouldn’t give this a 5 stars is just the shower does not drain so your standing in a pool of water for your shower. I’ve honestly had this issue before with big hotels too so I’m not as fussy with it anymore, just wish they all fix their properties.
