Really nice hotel, whilst i am inclined to say nothing negative was experienced there were some small things which would help improve further. A menu at breakfast, price list and treatment options written down on paper at the spa so you can see exactly what is on offer. I almost felt like i was going in blind and not knowing what to expect.

No refund policy even in extraordinary conditions

A big earthquake occured in İstanbul couple of hours before my reservation. Hotel didn’t inform me about anything. I stayed in a safe public place for the night. İ contacted with Hotels.com about my request for cancelling the reservation. Customer service told me that Hotel Emirhan Palace will not refund any money. As result i lost money even if i didn’t get informed by them. I am a customer and im not happy at all.

The only thing we didn't like was lack of breakfast options, being a diabetic didn't get much healthy options. The second thing the beds were not comfortable could not sleep well throughout the stay. It just felt too warm. The staff and manager were lovely and helpful.
