The staff were excellent, the property was centrally located and close to most places. The main issue I had with the property was the smell from the bathroom. It seems that there is a waste waste problem which makes the bathroom have a foul smell. Vehicle access at certain times of the day is a problem. If the smell is fixed, the hotel will receive an excellent rating.

They didn’t give the room which we booked, 3 night we was in the room there was no window same like prison and after 3 days discus with the hotel they change our room, please talk with this hotel manager to be honest with customers and which they booked the room please give them. The room was small and the light was dim. When we checked in there was an issue with the water but they fixed it an hour later. The Internet connection was almost non existing.. However, the staff were all nice and welcoming and the hotel is close to the tram station.
