My husband and I came to Istanbul for 4 days and are Platinum spg so we picked the Gezi for the location and its reviews! They are a design hotel so they don’t offer free breakfast or any type of amenity for being Platinum. Despite this, it was relatively inexpensive and the location was amazing! Walking distance from Taksim square, we were able to take the hop on hop off bus, walk to dinner, and get on the subway quickly! The rooms are nice and modern, Bc it was our honeymoon they gave us a cake and upgraded us to a Bosporus view which was nice. They have comfortable beds, rain shower that was spacious, and good shampoo/conditioner/body wash. They even gave very comfortable robes and slippers with the room. We always felt safe! The only thing that we didn’t like is the hotel tried to get you to do some of their partner activities like the Bosporus boat or go to a specific restaurant and the concierge doesn’t even really provide any other recommendations. Be warned that these recommended places have bad reviews and are tourist traps! However the location is close to a number of great restaurants so it’s easy to find a place for breakfast lunch and dinner! Also the breakfast buffet sucks! The service is bad and they don’t speak or understand much English. Definitely a rip off. I suggest going to a neighboring restaurant in Taksim square for breakfast!

It has all u can ask for in a hotel. Clean spacious rooms very good service great location and very helpful staff. Breakfast area is very nice with a good selection for breakfast and perfect jazz compilation that put u in a relaxing mood. Will recommend it for anyone going to istanbul

This hotel boasts an enviable location overlooking the bosphorous. Seaview room chic and sleek, and restuarant downstairs hosts delicious buffet breakfast also overlooking the bosphorous. Decor minimal and midcentury, close to all the major sites and shopping istanbul has to offer.

I loved this hotel specially the location because it is in Taksim. My room was in roof floor and sea view, it was big and amazing, all staff was nice and helpful specially who was in reception they are always smile and they help me for many things about Istanbul locations. I recommended this hotel +++++

Stayed in this hotel over the weekend - my room is on the 5th floor. The view on Bosphorus is amazing, and the hotel is close to Taksim square And on Saturday night, there was loud music in the hotel restaurant till almost 2am - which could be very well heard banging in my room. 4 calls to the reception didn't resolve the situation at all. Upon my 5th call, I was moved to a room on the 10th floor, but without Bosphorus view I'm extremely disappointed - my vacation was ruined

The hotel is comfortable .. Excellent experience .. The staff are friendly and especially Mr. Yasser،، The location of the hotel is excellent as it is very close to Taksim Square, as it overlooks the Alpesphor and a very nice garden

Made the booking via SPG SITE. We arrived late. We were welcomed on the spot. Room was as we wished. Bathroom very clean. Towels smelled like home. Staff were very helpful. Food is yumi. Located close to all and quite with a lovely view. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We were helped by Oktay, Yashar, and Yalmaz.

This is the second time I have been in Istanbul and the hotel we stayed the first time wasn't the greatest, so this time I looked around for a better option. Gezi Hotel was a nice choice. I booked a garden view room through my SPG account and when we arrived the receptionist upgraded us to a nice Bosphorus view. The room and bathroom was spotless and the bed super confortable. Complementary deserts in our room when we arrived and everyday we had a glass-bottel of water. The hotel is located across from the Gezi park and few minutes from Taksim square. This location was ideal for us because we enjoy walking in Istiklal street and using public transportation. At night is a bit dark to walk back to the hotel because of the park but I never felt insecure. I appreciate the fact that you are so closed to everything but its in a quiet location.

This is the second time i have stayed at this beautiful hotel in 4 years. Gezi continues to impress me with it service and hospitality. I booked a garden view room with an upgrade request. The nice gentleman at the reception surely upgraded me to a beautiful bosphorus view on level 10 of this hotel. Hotel looked as Schick as it was when we stayed here 4 years ago. Absolutely spotless and every attention has been paid to maintenance of this hotel. Breakfast was superb and i also visited the Hammam in this hotel. recommended.

Despite the small room but it was comfortable and overlooking the phosphorus and in this hotel spa, jacuzzi and massage and many services and the staff collaborator for a large staircase I liked the bed and the place of the hotel and I will live in it next time without a doubt ...
