Firstly the plus points … staff were very nice and helpful with advice, breakfast was lovely with a nice outside space to eat and if you can get up early which I recommend a great viewing spot for watching the Ballons at 5am. The hotel is great to access the centre as well as being able to walk to some of the valleys and the open air museum … Some of the not so good .. the room was a little small and shower not great and only 1 plug socket in the room (apart from another one on the bathroom) which had to be used for everything including boiling the kettle which had to be placed on the floor to be able to do this… we still had an amazing time and loved cappadocia..

Coming from madina extremely tired Istanbul was hot and the room was extremely hot only to find out there was no air conditioning in the room had to leave the windows open for cool air but the street outside was very noisy

I really like the hotel and the area around. The only thing which they can improve on is to facilitate the customers a bit more. I booked 2 rooms for 5 persons but because of some confusion on the websites, it was booked for 4 persons instead of 5 but the rooms capacity was 5 persons. So they charged me around 130 US dollars extra which could have been easily avoided. Otherwise the hotel location and food were excellent.
