Very nice hotel in excellent location withing easy walking distance of major sights. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean but hotel shows a bit of wear. Great view of Blue Mosque from rooftop terrace.

wonderful little boutique hotel in the greatest location. A view of the Bosporus and the Blue Mosque. Great little restaurants just down the street. Very attentive and helpful staff, esp. Ismael helping with understanding the city and direction and helping us book a guide. Good food on their wonderful terrace. The Best!

great hotel in every way. we had a nice stay as a group of friends.

A very nice hotel in a great location with really really helpful staffs.

room was very nice decorated, staffs were helpful, very clean & good location

Was good hotel with pleasant experience. great location close to many attractive.

This boutique hotel is absolutely lovely with amazing front desk staff who are always helpful and insightful about where to go and what to see beyond the travel books. The rooms are a little misleading in the photos regarding size but we really enjoyed it in the end. The hotel is latterly seconds away from a bazaar, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, bear in mind it is at an angle and you will have to climb the hill everyday to get to the sights and metro line. I would recommend this hotel to all going to Istanbul as we loved it and the delicious restaurants all around it.

This is a nicely appointed boutique hotel located downhill from the Blue Mosque. My room was very small but perfectly adequate, and it had an updated bathroom and a bed with a good mattress. It was all spotlessly clean and very attractive. The breakfast buffet was adequate. I will return to this hotel for the great location and the reasonable rates.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 10 am after getting off a cruise ship. They were happy to give us an early check in. Our room was on the third floor with a street view - nothing special. However, the view from the room top terrace was great, especially at night. This hotel is located a short, 10 minute walk from the Blue Mosque and the adjacent bazaar. It is on the same street as dozens of very interesting restaurants. We had 2 marvelous dinners during our stay. The hotel decor was nice and the entire place was clean. We had to deal with luggage for a 2 week cruise. So our room seemed somewhat crowded. The air conditioning system worked very well. We messed up the lock box combination process, and the hotel staff came to our room in minutes to help fix our problem. The shower was clean and hot. Breakfast at the hotel was a good experience.... nothing fancy, but lots of really interesting local dishes that tasted excellent. It was so interesting that we ate more than we should have. Check out was easy. They called a taxi for us which arrived in 5 minutes. The ride to the airport (Saturday morning) took 30 minutes and cost $25 USD, including a tip for the driver.

Room and bath exceptionally clean; Staff was warm, friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfasts: absolutely delicious! Lots of variety, with homemade cheeses and jams; yogurts, breads and pancakes, all served in a very pleasant breakfast room -- a wonderful start to the day.

The Hotel is in a great location, literally a less-than-5-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia, and even closer to the Arasta Bazaar. There are tons of restaurants on the same street as the Hotel and the nearest cross street. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection and hours (7:30 to 10 or 10:30 - I can't remember the end time). The only downside, and this it's not just this hotel that faces this --- because of the predominance of Islam, the announcements for prayer times are loud and 5 times a day - starting just before 6:00 am. You get used to it, though.

Great value for the hotel's cleanliness, good location, extremely friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast. The room itself was not a fancy one but it was clean and adequate. The highlight of this hotel is the top notch breakfasts served on the rooftop. The meals are served in a covered patio and are eaten either under the awning or outside with stunning views of the Sea of Marmara, amidst flowers, greenery, and even shrubs. All on top of the roof. Its locations is somewhat further afield than the hotels right off of SultanAhmet proper, but you are within walking distance from the main street/metro line of the old city, which itself is very near to everywhere you want to go.

Ideal location, very helpful staff, good breakfast, quite comfortable room. If there is a drawback to this hotel, it is that there is no ability to make coffee in the room. A big deal to me: probably not so much to most people. I definitely will stay here again, though.
