Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is close to a subway station which made it easy to get to all tourist attractions. The breakfast every morning was delicious and they changed some of the items every day so you never get tired. Abdul checked us in and he was very attentive and informative. The area is safe and there are a lot of shops and places to eat at. Would definitely stay here again when in Istanbul.

Mi estadía en el hotel fue muy agradable, el desayuno excelente, el hotel es cómodo, está ubicado en una excelente área con acceso cercano a varias estaciones de metro. El servicio y el staff fue excelente. En especial Selcuk que nos recomendó lugares para visitar, nos explicó cómo llegar y fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar.

Temiz bi oteldi, her gün house keeping oda temizliğine geliyor. Odalar yeterli genişlikte. Tam takır tertemiz bir otel. Yalnızca cadde üstü olduğu için geceleri cok sesliydi. Onun dışında sabah kahvaltıları da gayet yeterliydi, her şey güzeldi.

おおむね快適であるが、細部に不満が残る

建物や部屋の感じは良い。比較的新しいのかも知れない。早朝便で到着したので、荷物を預けるつもりで行ったところ、チェックイン時刻前でも入れてくれたのはとてもありがたかった。 冷蔵庫（有料の飲み物やお菓子が入っている）あり。電気ポットあり。毎日、ミネラルウォーター 500ml x 2 のサービスあり。 部屋の使い勝手はあまり良くない。通路になる場所にしかスーツケースを拡げられないので不便。トイレにしかゴミ箱がない。机の上を電気ポットなどが占めているためPCを拡げて作業するには狭い。シャワールームにタオルを掛ける場所がない。手を洗って拭くのに不便。 窓の防音効果が低い。深夜早朝でも、自動車の走行音や音楽など、外が騒がしい。 朝食は7:30からということであったが、実際に料理が揃うのは 7:45〜7:55 あたり。仕事の開始時刻に間に合うように、朝食時刻を気にして予約したのに残念であった。 朝食はブッフェ形式であったが、日によっては皿にセットされた食べ物を皿単位で取る形式もあった。その場合、1皿の中に好みでないものもあるので、もったいない感じがした。 シャワーの温度が不安定。冷たくなったり熱くなったりを繰り返すので、安心して湯をあびることができなかった。安定させるのは非常に難しかった。 机の上の鏡が割れていた。ホテル側は把握していて放置しているようである。チェックイン時に知らされなかったことは不満。（小さい子供が触ると危険。）

Otel küçük ve butik bir otel temizlikle ilgili bir sorun yok gayet iyi kahvaltı çok zayıf. Otelin kendine ait otoparkı yok cadde üzerine park edebiliyorsunuz yer bulursanız ya da karşı tarafın da ücretli bir otopark var. Resepsiyon görevlisi dışında bir karşılama görevlisi yok. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için uygun bir otel fiyat performansı iyi.

Ich war vom 03.03.-12.03.24 mit meiner Mutter in dem Hotel Bellezza. Das Hotel ist relativ neu (vor 8 Monaten eröffnet), dementsprechend ist das Mobiliar neu und die Betten bequem. Frühstück war auch ok. Das Hotel ist 5 min von der nächsten Metro Station entfernt und ca 8 min von der Tramstation, eine Buslinie fährt in der Strasse vor dem Hotel. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind also gut zu erreichen. Meine Mutter und ich wollen auch noch einmal einen besonderen Dank an das herzliche und sehr hilfsbereite Hotelpersonal unseren Dank aussprechen, allen voran Semanur, die sich ausgezeichnet um uns gekümmert hat. Ein Danke geht auch an Selcuk und Abdul Kerim die sehr hilfsbereit sind und uns immer gut beraten haben, bzgl Ausflugstipps etc. Weiter so, wir kommen gerne wieder🙂 Grüße aus Berlin T&A
