It was next to a train station and that made it very noisy. Also paid for a balcony view which had most bad view. Which was very disappointing and i paid extra for that. Staff was not. Breakfast did not have as many option as it shows in the pics

This hotel is in a great location. It is clean, the rooms are NOT cramped. Staff are friendly, the breakfast is great. However, I visited during a remodel. Getting in/out of this hotel you have to go up/down several sets of stairs--not good for people with mobility issues.

The staff spoke good English and were very helpful when we needed help. Our room was nice and spacious. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping our room full and tidy. My only negative comment (to which the hotel doesn’t have much control over) is the noise at night from cats fighting and making a ruckus. Overall, a nice hotel, with a decent daily breakfast with lots of Turkish choices. Located in a quiet area, but close enough to get to all the sites to explore. Tram station very close as well. I was traveling with two kids (age 8 & 11) and would definitely recommend.

Great location. Walking distance (5 minutes) to Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, Arasta Bazaar, Mosaic museum, Underground cistern, Topkapi Palace and tram station, airport bus drop off pick up point. The breakfast terrace offered great view of Bosporus and Asia. Per our local guide, the best seafood restaurant was right next door to us. It truly was the best. We had 3 meals there and saw lots of locals there.

Perfect place for central stay

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location, in the heart of everything but nice and quiet too. The only downside was I could hear a lot in the rooms around, such as walking around, TVs and talking. However, that is the only downside. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Car parking was on the street outside and they moved it for us when needed as the streets are small. The breakfast was brilliant! Lots of nice dishes. Plus the views from the terrace couldn’t be any better, you can see Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Bosporus. Best hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The location is great but....The room we were given was in an annex building. It was insanely hot in the room. We had maid service banging on our door all morning even while we were asleep. Walls were thin. We could hear all kinds of construction, babies crying down the hall, the strong smell of cigarette smoke.

IT IS CLEAN AND CONFORTABLE HOTEL. STAFF WERE VERY GOOD. BREAKFAST WAS OPEN BUFFET AND A LOT OF MEAKS. ESPECIALLY BOREK WAS VERY DELICIOUS. CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM AND HOT WATER WAS VERY GOOD.
