The screened porch overlooks the pool and beach, and provides easy access- leaving you just steps away from a walk on the beach, or a dip in the outdoor community pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, and a charming breakfast nook.
Imagine yourself relaxing under the shady pergola next to the pool enjoying cocktails with your friends and then spending the evening on the perfectly lit screened patio. Outdoor Tidewater community pool is open seasonally (April-end of September)

Screened porch offers comfortable conversational seating, and steps leading to pool and beach paths.
Living area with Queen sleeper sofa, Large flat screen Cable TV with streaming capabilities.
Kitchen with stainless appliances, small dining table, and pantry holding full sized stacked washer and dryer.

Trip with elderly in laws
The property was very nice and true to pictures posted online. The only negative was the steps to get into the condo. My mother in law doesn’t ambulate well and had difficulty getting into our unit. The ad posted that there was an elevator in the building but you had to go up several steps to get to it.

The property had all of the amenities we needed and was very clean .
The Realty Group apparently had a “gift” for us from the property owner, but neglected to inform us of this until the last scheduled day of our stay. Unfortuneatly, it had been a rainy week, so we had left a day early. Surely they knew about this when we checked in….did they want to keep it for themselves?
