Great girls reunion weekend!

We absolutely LOVED staying at Sparkling Sea. The house is perfection. Extremely well situated and beautifully decorated. We loved that every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there are many king beds for easier sharing. We can’t wait to rent it again next Spring. The only thing to note, is that the house next door is currently under construction on weekdays which made trying to enjoy the gorgeous porch difficult.

Weekend Getaway

This home was exactly what we needed for our weekend away with family! It’s a great lay out, beautifully done, and the outdoor living space is perfectly for spending our days outside with young kids. The beach and playground proximity were perfect for us with 5 kids in tow. We definitely plan to come back! One of the most beautiful rental homes I’ve ever stayed in.

Beautiful house!! The kitchen is amazing! Huge bathrooms & bedrooms & bathrooms with new mattresses. Very nice pool. 5min walk to the beach. I HIGHLY recommend this house!!

Family Reunion

My family came down to stay at this great property to celebrate my son’s commissioning as a naval officer and my granddaughter‘s baptism in Charleston. Fantastic location being so close to the beach and the saltwater pool turned out to be our oasis during the 95+ degree temperatures during the week. Great kitchen and open space to congregate both inside and out. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the Charleston area and be near the beaches.

The most perfect property

By far my most favorite family vacation to date. This house provided a beautiful, functional, thoughtful, convenient, clean and fun backdrop to our family vacation. The layout was family friendly, the pool and backyard couldn’t be more perfect if they tried and the location provided convenient beach access, Everything was brand new clean and top notch quality. No skimping on cost for comfort for sure! We will be back.

Dream house

We recently stayed at Sparkling Sea with our extended family for my son’s high school graduation. The house blew us away. The listing pictures are gorgeous, but the house and yard are even better in person. Many times those photos use editing and wide angle lenses , so in person things aren’t quite as large. This house is even bigger and more beautiful. The decor is outstanding. You feel like you’re living in a Serena and Lily catalog. There are two refrigerators, so lots of room for food and everyone’s favorite drinks. The beds are super comfortable with great mattresses and pillows and the bedding is super soft. The backyard is huge with a lovely pool and comfortable lounge chairs and it’s just a short walk to the beach. We spent a ton of time on the giant screened in porch which had really comfortable furniture. The house is also close to the stores and restaurants on the island which is important during heavy beach traffic. We highly recommend this beautiful house and we hope to stay again soon!

The house was a dream! The pictures are gorgeous in the listing but do not do the property justice. The location, amenities, space, overall aesthetic is perfection! We had a large group (11) and everyone slept comfortably, had access to a bathroom and was able to hang all over the house comfortably! This property made our experience a 10/10 and impacting the overall trip so much - in the best way! Would recommend to anyone. We were nervous going down in the dead of summer and that it would just be too hot to be outside but the porch with the fans and the shady trees on part of the pool made it so manageable! Loved every inch of the house! We joked that we're all going home and redecorating! In terms of what it offered - everything in the kitchen you could imagine! It was so easy to make meals and serve them to the group. Also, it had such thoughtful design and layout that everything was easy for us to use. It was just a couple minute walk to the beach, literally! The walk once you were on the beach took longer than getting to it from the house. It was a dream of a vacation and every single guest was in agreement that his was the perfect house/lot/property!
